Whenever I try and start gmod, it will pop up an error reading "SteamStartup() failed: SteamStartup(0xf,0x0035E0C0) failed with error 1: The registry is in use by another process, timeout expired". Anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Alright, so I haven't smoked weed in like two months, but a couple of my friends smoked a joint close to me yesterday. Anyways, I got a scratch on my face this morning, and blood dripped into my mouth and it tasted like straight up dank ass weed. I don't know what happened, or what to do? Any ideas?

So pretty much, everytime I join an online server on Garry's Mod, I get this error, "CMDL: Cache Out of Memory" a while back I had that error and to fix it, I followed the steps below.
1: Steam < Library < Garry's Mod (from steam menu)
2: Right click on Garry's Mod and go to Properties
3: Go to the Local Files tab
4: Verify Integrity of Game Cache...
5: After that is done, Defragment Cache Files
After I followed those steps I was able to join servers on gmod, but this time around I'm unable to join servers after those steps, and I don't know what to do. :/
Please help.

I'm unsure what keeps happening, but at random spots garrysmod will just crash. Which normally would be fine, except I've seen it happen to others as well. Generally when I look at another player's model it crashes. And from what I've heard and seen it's not only happening to me. I'm not sure about other servers, seeing as those two are really the only one's I play on a normal basis, but please tell me I'm not the only one experiencing these problems.
EDIT: Realised it's a garry's mod problem, please ignore.

If you have something in mind for an avatar, or signature I should be able to help out. I like to mess around in Photoshop anyways, so this will give me purpose in my randomness. I don't do gifs, unfortunately. If you want me to make you something, just reply on this forum of a signature, avatar, or both for me to make. If I'm not on at the moment, I will check this thread when I do get on. You can tell me the dimensions you want, or I'll just make them up. for me 100x100 is the typical Avatar dimensions and 500x350 is the typical Signature dimensions. Not sure if it's actually the main menu, or what it's called, but the menu when you start the HL2RP with the "New" "Load" and "Leave" Buttons sometimes will screw up, and have all three of the options bunched up in the top left corner. I'm not sure if my computer is just being dumb, or if it's something wrong. If no one else is having this bug, then I guess that my computer's just screwing up (as usual).

What I want to know, is how do I rotate the direction of text?
Like put text that is going up vertically instead of horizontally, or making it slanted.

Alright, I haven't noticed that all the emotes do this, but the ones that do are Sit, Sit Against Wall and Lean. Pretty much, what I've noticed is the before-mentioned emotes stay going even after I start to move, so I'll see some sitting citizen moving around P3. I looked for another thread that reported this problem, and couldn't find one. If there is I will delete this thread if you inform me.

Hey, this is my first forum post, and I just wanted to say that I hope to have a great time here at CG, and that so far on the HL2 server, it's been very fun. I hope to see you all on the servers, and to play with you all some time. Thanks!
