Title: Slender: The Arrival [oh god no...]
Post by: EmperorDisasster on October 08, 2012, 04:52:58 PM
Just when the forest was safe again, Slender is being remade by Parsec Studios (the original creators), with assistance from Blue Isle Studios, anted up graphics, feature-length real-time action, a plot added in, and more terror than you can take. Here's some sneaky screenshots for y'all.

slender has been taken way out of proportion and i doubt this game will be much better than the other version

I actually have my eyes on Slender: Source. Although this does look promising, the first game got a little old. Collect page, turn around, BOOM, Slender Man. Collect page, turn around, BOOM, Slender Man. Just got repetitive.

Slender: Source, they're making a Slenderman game on the source engine, linked to steam!?!?!, Please no! The games have been taken way out of proportion, graphics upgrades don't always guarantee player attraction.

The slender games have never been scary, and here's why:

A good horror game (Silent Hill) will make the monster subtly appear in places, stalking you. A monster is less scary the more you see it. Slender has always had that problem, you could stare at Slender for a minute. The only ""Frightening" Part was him just jumping out

This new one, may be scary, but it better not cos more then 0 dollars and  0 cents.
