As said before, Zak didn't want to kill the unit, because everytime me, him, or Skyler managed to get close enough to a unit to kill them, we refuse to. Doing so, adds to the rp experience.

I have been dragged by the collar atleast 4-5 times by OTA units and we agree to allow both of us to escape. Zak was only attempting to allow the rp to role on.

The unit's were both there, pointing at Zak when I arrived IC. Although I was told to not show up at all, because Zak had held up the rp in LOOC so long, that all I could do was watch in an OOC state. The unit's told him to drop the AR2 through LOOC as being shot, he would have dropped it. After a while of debate, he did, and the unit placed the AR2 inside.

A few more LOOC chats occured and Zak was being held at gun point. The unit's shot Zak, and Took the AR2 that he had OOC placed on the ground for IC reasons, withought any form of RP. (Atleast none that I saw)

After taking the AR2 and walking away, /it's in OOC were made, followed by /events saying that Zak's body was too "Destroyed" to gather ammo, or a vest from him. You shot him with less then half a pulse rifle round, not a full light machine gun.

My main point is, that Zak attempted to keep a form of rp going for as long as possible to add great affect (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

Myself, Dave Woods, and Zak have been in MANY close encounters with OTA and have gotten familiar with them, making fearrp a minimum.

Zak made mistakes and was Pk'ed for it, and I think he should get the chance to rp the situation over, and not end as a PK.

As a side note, the unit's both said that if Zak was too kill them, they would have taken the PK and delt with it. However, most of us already know, that when OTA die, they get respawned with more ammo than before. Unlike us, they have nothing to lose.

I was there to witness the last 15 or so minutes of this rp.

Possible Debates to..

Now lets just see what you did:
-You powergamed several times and had to be corrected
-You were roleplaying drunk, which is not an excuse
-You broke fear rp by confronting a unit, you have done this so many times. People know when there is an OTA there are more, someone with a vest should know this better and know you dont confront OTA unless you MUST.
-You continually avoided RP after being given many warnings.

- Everyone powergames once in a while. Zak has rp'ed fairly from what I've seen. ( He did die)
- When you are drunk you don't think. When you don't think, you don't consider what you are doing as wrong. Give the guy a chance, have a heart. You would ask for the same.
- Myself and Zak have been face to face with OTA in the past, infact I myself had to team up with one to survive at one point. FearRp still exists, but not as much as it should, we have in the past comfronted unit's, instead of running. Plus, having a vest, means you should be able to take more damage. Pledging outselves to protect the people, means attacking the enemy.
- He was only begging for your understanding.

PK Zak, and you remove a lot of what the outlands server has too offer. He has been a highly active player, making few mistakes. Chances are mean't to be given.

Some people deserve a second chance, some deserve a first.

Life in the outlands hasn't proven to be a simple task. With little food, water, shelter and hope, many people think about returning to the city. Dave Woods, having never been to the city before, has no where to run.

The longer he spent life in the outlands, the more his life changed. A once innocent, happy, lovable young man, has turned into the definition of the enemy. A strong harsh man, aggressive in nature, speaking with a harsh voice, and barely human. Outlands changes most people, but for Dave, there might be no changing back.

As time goes on, things only get worst. With the death of memebers of the Alliance, and death in general all around him, he begins to learn the true theory behind the term "Corruption". After a while, Dave agreed to play the role of a field medic. This role came naturally to Dave, as he seemed to be the one to rush out in mid combat to help someone enough for them to survive the trip back to shelter. This job, eventually, only added to the corruption. Sometimes, not everyone wants to survive after being shot. Sometimes, they look up at you, begging for a quick death.

There was a long moment where Dave seemed more alone then ever. Everyone was either dead, or missing. Thinking about what made him happy, he remembered what he was wearing. It was slightly heavy kevlar that his close friend Leonard once used. After his death, the kevlar was given to Dave, and he quickly replaced his old Kevlar with Leonards. Keeping the old kevlar in a locked box stored within the now rusty and dead Alliance Labs.

Over the time, death struck the Alliance, and the box was suddenly full of old stuff from dead friends who Dave himself considered his new family. Suddenly, and idea struck him. With all the kevlar lying around in the box, the protective gear, and things to remember the dead, Dave smirked for once in months, and got straight to work.

He would use all the kevlar and protective gear within the box to form a better outfit. With the help of current friends and vorts, a new outfit was made, using parts of other outfits from dead members. There was one vest left over after the final outfit was created, this vest was handed to a young man named Zak Grant, who gladly accepted the gift. The outfit was heavier then his old kevlar alone, so Dave dropped the idea of being a field medic, donating his medical supplies to local people, or the remaining of the Alliance. Doing so, reduced the weight, however, the weight is still greater then it was before the new outfit. (I HAVE EDITED THIS PARAGRAPH TO BETTER EXPLAIN SOME THINGS)

With his new outfit, Dave plans to protect the people of the outlands. To become a human again, giving himself a reason to live.

This auth was posted a while ago, and denied. I do not think it was well decided, and I would like to post again. Reading the rules, again, I see nothing wrong in applying to test a model. The only thing I could find, is that I am not allowed applying for Cannon players, but I am only applying for a model, not a new char. The model has been used and works fine with no issues. If there was any, they are currently fixed. There is even a Kleiner model running around, causing all sorts of fun rp in the outlands server. In my opinion, my last auth was denied for reasons I did not understand, as there was no rules saying I am "not allowed" or "cannot apply" for a model. A reason why I chose Barney is because Barney and my char are very similar. They have almost the exact same face, and hair. Keep in mind, this is an application to TEST the model, even though it has proven to work perfectly fine. Sorry this one isn't as good as the last, the other was deleted.  Thanks   -Dave

Outlands has proven to be one hell of a place. An area on the planet that could be considered hell. Those who are stuck there, slowly lose hope. Many men and woman suffer in the area everyday. Good or bad, evil or an angel, life in outlands has been the hardest for all.

Dave Woods, a once young, innocent, friendly, helpful, young adult, has become the exact definition of the enemy. Cold, strong, agressive and hardly a living human. Before this moment of corruption, Dave was the innocent young adult who gave everyone the smile of hope, and did what he could to protect the people. This was soon a job for him, and he was soon considered a field medic. The job was no easy task, as man after man lay on the floor, drowning in their blood. Either Dave did what he could to patch them up enough to survive the trip back to a shelter, or he put them out of the pain, killing them quickly as they begged for death. This was only part of the corruption Dave Woods had to face during his life in Outlands.

One by one, the death of the Alliance members slowly crawled up on Dave. Each death affected him in a big way, as each member, was more than friend, but familly. After the death of each member, Dave kept the kevlar and protective outfits from each. After the death of Leonard (Statua), the protective gear from his body was removed, and Dave Woods claimed it as his own, keeping his old outfit in storage, with many other parts or outfit.

Months pass, and the world begins to look more grey then ever. With Doc missing, and every other original Alliance member dead, Dave's life was flipped over. The agressive, violent, harsh voice, and tired man struggles to find any means of staying alive. He got tired of his job working as a field medic, not really caring for the life of anyone else, including his own. With this, Dave took a trip to his past, where he used Leonard's (statua's) outfit, and replaced his own. The knowledge that he was wearing the outfit of an ex friend who he would give his life for, made him feel more important. This gave him some reason to keep himself alive.

The idea went from one thing to another, and soon, Dave had a plan. Being tired of being a medic, he would donate his medical supplies to other people, or the Clinic. This would reduce the weight of equipement he would have to carry. He took a quick trip to the Alliance labs, now becoming dusty with inactivity, and opened the locked cabinet. All the outfits, and equipment from his fellow memebers were at his finger tips.

Each part of outfit would be more than just protection, but a reason to stay alive. With the help of fellow vorts, and current friends, Dave worked on an outfit with slightly more protection. This outfit would keep his chest slightly more protected then his last, but his legs would still be vulnerable for wounds. The option to protect his legs was there, but the fact of having protection on his legs, would reduce his ability to run, and the outfit itself was slightly heavier than his last, so adding the weight onto his legs, wasn't a good idea.

It was finally finished. An outfit that was made from each original member of The Alliance. A token to remember, to forget, and to remind himself that he is to remain alive. Not needing three layers of chest kevlar, Dave handed one over to a man named Zak. Zak gladly accepted the kevlar, as Dave had no need for it.

This new outfit used up all the left over outfits the Alliance had, including protection parts, and equipement.

What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects? Little to nothing. Donating his medical equipment would equal out the weight of the new outfit, to match the wieght he had to carry before. (Note: This means he still has a lot of weight, and will not be able to run for a long time, or sprint at high speeds.)

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects? Change the attitude of my character slightly, and give him some reason to fight, and not to drink himself to death.

Will anyone else need these auths? (If so, list OOC and IC name(s)) No.

Extra Notes (optional): A few simple things to consider:

Keep in mind I would like to test having the Barney model, and possibly keep it if it works with little to no problems. If at first, this will be denied because HL2 main player models are not allowed, then remeber we do have a Dr. Kleiner model running around, making rp in outlands the best it has ever been.

I will still be Dave Woods, not Barney. Barney and Dave Woods seem to be very similar in ways, and the model would suit Dave Woods greatly.

I would like to give this a chance, and if it is denied I would like to know why, and possibly debate the idea. Debate, not bitch, so if the answer is no, even with the IC, and OOC reasons that the idea should be accepted, I will allow it to be denied.

Final reminder, this is a test. If the model appears to glitch a lot, or fall out of place too much, then I will switch back. If it works fine, and people take kindly to it, then I will request to keep it.



Denied, you cannot apply for playermodels such as this as it is not allowed and has previously caused problems.

Counter Debate: I have searched through the HL2 RP Rules, and the Authorization Application rules and found nothing saying I am "not allowed" or "cannot apply" for the model. If this is written somewhere, or is an unwritten rule, then I apologize. The Barney model has been used in the past with no problems. No IC actions with the test, just OOC fun with admins, however other models like the Kleiner model have been used for months of IC RP. I do wish to debate this, as I am only requesting a trial with the model, and the reason of being denied questions me. ---()- Keep in mind I'm not re-applying, just asking questions. -()--- Thanks.

A long time ago, The Alliance was strong, not in numbers, but in brains and supplies. Everything seem to be coming along very nicely, and we got what we wanted. We worked together as a team, surviving in the outlands, tracking down Combine material, and raids. Saving lives, and ending them. Though The Alliance had to use some force, to make people understand the world they live in isn't easy, and we can't help everyone. with everything, we were loved by some.

Sadly, during a fire fight, Leonard (Statua) was killed. From that moment on, The Alliance was ruined. Leonard was burried into the ground, and was well respected. Before being burried, he was stripped of his heavy kevlar, and Dave Woods put it on himself, removing his old vest. His weapons also went to Dave Woods, and the rest of the group.

From there, Doc took over, making things seem possible, until he dissapeared. Now feeling more alone then ever, Dave, Skyler and Zak keep what's left of the Alliance alive.

Zak was aceepted into the group, even though it was mostly dead. Zak took part in a lot of things, helping Dave and Skyler both in multiple fire fights. This fact, reminded Dave about his old Kevlar, the one he traded with Leonard as he was laid to rest.

Dave offered the kevlar over to Zak. The outfit wasn't the best, and was slightly beat up, with some scratches, but it would save his life none the less.

Now, the three of them, Dave, Skyler, and Zak, attempt to make the best of their lives, as they might soon come to an end.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects? I plan do hand the outfit over to Zak. The outfit isn't as good as others, and may need to be repaired, but it will still function for the time being. It also STINKS very badly, as it was used, abused, and the age of it's time.

If it is YOUR vest that you have offhand, I do not see why you need an authorization to hand it to someone else. ~SaoulZod

EDIT/UPDATE : We stored the extra outfit, (My old one) somewhere in the Alliance Labs in outlands. To make sure, 100% that it will be protected, and I wouldn't have to carry it around. Perma prop, pass word protected crates are not a good thing to use, as anyone can use the remover tool and gather everything inside. So, to keep it safe, it doesn't exist OOC, but remains an IC possesion. I can't just say I own one IC to an admin, I need to apply in auth to get something I already IC should have. Reading this over, it does seem confusing. In short, I have it IC, but not OOC. I need this Auth to confirm I have the right to gether one from an admin. Or for Zak Grant / The Joke, to ask for one in game.

Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations. Life in the outlands was rather hard, and OTA did not make this task of survival any easier. The outlands has changed all those who struggle to grasp life inside, turning them into careless people. Dave Woods, now beggining to suffer from depression, was willing to do anything, as he was looking at life as a waste of space.

It was at that moment that an old friend of his came up to him. The man equiped with some things, not as much as Dave. He told Dave some bad news about Hotar, a well known, intelligent, and strong vort who worked in the labs. The bad part, was that OTA had captured him, and brought him to the city. Dave was always attached to vorts, and the death of Vok a long time ago, force Dave to tell himself that protecting the vorts was his number 1 priority. Over the months, this job has lost some value, until now. Zak Grant was close to Hotar, he called Hotar his father. There is a story behind it, a story Dave Woods hasn't fully heard about, but it wasn't important.

Zak Grant asked Dave if he wanted to join himself to go save Hotar from the city. Knowing this mission is mostly suicidal, Dave nearly denied the offer to help. After a while of conversation, Dave came around to noticing that his life was becoming a waste of space, and he needed to do something to help. After accepted to go, Skyler Rematon came over, to hear the news of Dave accepting to go. Zak had spoken to Skyler about ths plan before, and she was willing to go. Dave felt slightly worried, as Skyler and himself were a couple, and he didn't want to lose her. This knowledge, only made Dave need to go, if she was going.

The three of them were about to talk about plans, until multiple people arrived. They decided it would be best not to be followed into the city, as it would get people killed. The group took shelter in an old building that was once the Alliance Hotel. Once they arrive, a man named Walter Miyamoto spoke on the radio as if it was his first time.

"Hallo..? Who is here? Anyone?"

Dave quickly answered him, telling him of the location of the building the three of them had taken shelter in. He managed to find it, and the 4 begun to speak about plans, now including Walter into the mission.

It seemed simple at the time, Dave Woods would be support, carrying medical supplies, an AR2 with multiple shots, and a smoke grenade.

Skyler Rematon would be a form of sniper, or scout. She would give us detail as to what is up a head, and keep us alive, supplying food and ammo.

Zak Grant, noy having a vest like the other three, wasn't well prepaired. Skyler took action to this fact, and supplied him with some items. Zak was our main brain into this operation. He knew how to get into and out of the city. He also had some experience in hacking things. No expert, but a valued memeber of the team.

That leaves Walter Miyamoto, who's job was as easy as anyones. He would blow shit up. When faced with a wall, or door that couldn't be hacked, Walter was there to punch through.

The 4 of them took rest, getting ready to leave the next morning.

The sun hadn't yet rised, and the 4 were already up and running. Zak had led them to a sewer tunnel the had a horrible smell, and the walls were sweating of brownish-green sludge. The 3 of them made jokes about how the sludge was what rations were made of, while Dave remained slightly confused, having not yet been to the city.

The tunnel came to multiple paths, each leading to different places, though Zak himself seemed to know exactly where to go, as if he had done this a million times. Almost as if he had memorized the route.

The group had finally managed to get into the city, using the tunnel. They agreed on how lucky they were to have not run into any *infected* along the way.

Zak led the group with Skyler following close behind, and Dave and Miyamoto in behind, chuckling and making jokes along the way. After multiple turns, ladders, doors, tunnels, and more, the group were in the city. It was very quiet, as if dead, no people, no civil protection, nothing. They later discovered that only half of the city was being used, the rest was a ghost town. ( Not sure if this is true or not, but it was something similar to what they did in WWII with the jews, being trapped in a smaller part of town, surrounded by a wall, this was called the "Ghetto".)

The group slowly made there way when 2 civil proctection units stood outside a giant wall. Walter wanted to shoot his RPG so badly his fingers went crazy, as if looking for a trigger to a gun, but he was denied, as it would make to much noise. Skyler wanted to use her sniper, but it was poissble she wouldn't get the second unit. Zak, remained puzzled, and slightly afraid.

After a while of debating, the 4 of them raised their voice over one another. Dave quickly noticed that the units were walking over to the group. They had holstered their weapons, and had out stun sticks. It was clear that the two though the group were citizens, or people who weren't brought into the city walls. As soon as the two units went around the rouble to check, they quickly stood back, but it wasn't enough.

Skyler had brought a knife into one of the unit's necks, blood started to flow from his neck, down his kevlar. The other unit attempted to gether his weapon, but wasn't expecting Zak to bring a heavy cinder block down on his head.

The group looked down at the unit's making sure both were dead.

** The unit that Zak had hit with the cinder block was stripped of his Kevlar, and handed to Zak. He put it on, shifting to get the hang of a heavy vest being on his shoulders, but found it usefull in the end.**

^^^ This either happened or it didn't, we would like it if Zak Grant could get a vest, as he is the only one withought. ^^^

The group got to the wall, and after multiple attempts they managed to get inside with little, to possibly no detection. They debated if other units would be alearted of the dead of the other two earlier, but it didn't stop them from turning back. Zak led them into the area known as D2, were all 4 of them now called "Home". They agreed that the Pizza shop would make a great place to stay, and so they spent the night inside.

The 4 of them, now being inside the city, now needed a plan to get Hotar, and get out.

The operation was not to stay in the city, but only to get in and get out. This fact ran through each memeber's head, as they knew they were already running out of time.


What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects? Little to no perks at all. Only one I can think of, is Dave Woods would now get a chance to visit the city, and see what is happenning. Other than that, the rest is defects, as the city isn't safe, we would have to deal with citizens, keep them safe for out stay, save Hotar, and managed to escape.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects? Try our best to stay alive.

Will anyone else need these auths? (If so, list OOC and IC name(s)) Walter Miyamoto (Burning Bullet) Skyler Rematon (Skyler) and Zak Grant ( I think his OOC name is Zak, I can check if it's really important.)

(Extra Notes (optional): Keep in mind, that we are a groupd of 4, with lot's of supplies, we would like to get Zak Grant a vested outfit, so we can stay as a group and not get confused, and we are only staying in the city for a short period of time.

Dave Woods, covered in mud, raised the heavy AR2, taking aim at both units as they move further away.

Knowing how Spectre, and himself didn't get along well, he felt some mercy, telling himself that if he was to kill Spectre, he wouldn't need to suffer, and possibly speak of important information. Locations, plans, or who was involved with what, could have been spoken.

With the facts running through his head, Dave Woods held his breath, ready to spray multiple pulse rounds into both units, ready to leave no survivors.

*Click, Click, Click*

Withought a word, Dave lowered the heavy weapon to his chest, heading back to the Alliance labs, where he would re-fill on ammo.

Accepted PK Appeals / Re: Spectre Un-PK Appeal

I left right before this happened, but knowing OTA, some fair game rules, and the lab. I am certain this should be an unPk.

+SUPPORT

The main thing I see here, is OTA rushed on their chars, and attacked the labs, I would like to know if they ever bothered doing anything else, or how they knew Spectre was inside.

The main door to the labs is completly sealed off, so no grenades should have gone through, in or out. Since some went in, some went out.

The people who were killed by the frist few grenades, were not quickly respawned like OTA was, over and over.

When Doc was told to open the door, he put all of his trust in that OTA team that a fair fire fight would take place, and you let him, and everyone in the labs down, including poor Spectre.

This raid should be voided, it shouldn't get a Re-do, and Spectre should be returned to his char.

With nearly all comments being a support, this should turn out for Spectre. If it doesn't, it will continue to become a debatable topic, of 90% against 10%.

A problem I notice, is people get mad if the labs would be Alliance only, or allowing others inside, we can't win.

Also, we spend a lot of time in the labs, rp'ing different things for hours. It's when OTA camps outside the door, and anyone who takes a step outside the door is S2K'ed.

The labs has much rp value, and I do not mind it getting shot at, or rp'ed with. It's only if we are constently raided and killed that I have a problem with.

We spent atleast 2 weeks withought even 1 OTA on, and maybe a chopper, but recently, OTA have been on everyday (like they should) but have been shooting to kill everyone and everything. Even if you hide in a bush, or in a tree, or peek around a corner, when In game, the time is 2am in the morning, you are still shot, and killed.

At one point I even tried to speak to a group who were patrolling, asking if a S2M fight was fine. They agree'd, only to S2K everyone around me, and then sprinting in my dirrection, withought taking cover or anything. My guess was the sprinting randomly at me, was too get closer, so a S2K could be used. I ended up sprinting away.

In short, for my terribly long rant, OTA should take more cover, and have fire fights from acrosst the street, not rush up to anyone and shoot them to death, from long, or short distances. Also, take into the time of day. In night, you might want to use your flashlights, as we will need ours to.

What has caused your character to require these authorizations?: Shaw 'Profit' Modern was sent to outlands a while ago, because I was going to use him as my char for the Alliance, when statua was setting up. In the end, I made a new char. Shaw 'Profit' Modern is banned from the city, because he was shortly in outlands, and I would like to get him back, avoiding all connections to going into outlands, there wasn't many.

What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?:
Perks:
- I can use him in the city, where he should be.
- I did not take anything from outlands, and bring it back to the city.
- The city is where he belongs, it's where he rp's with others.
Defects:
- He is on the edge of amputation with Anti-civil points.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?: I wish to rp in the city like I was, I am sorry for taking him to outlands for a while, he wasn't suppost to go.

What has caused your character to require these authorizations?: During the time that the Alliance has been togther in the outlands, things have been working smoothly for a while. While searching the outlands, the Alliance managed to find an Airboat after long hours of searching for weapons, shelter, and food. Dave Woods and Leonard managed to get the Airboat up and running after some quick adjustments. They managed to bring it back to Alpha Hotel (Alliance HQ) where it was used many more times to transport items from one side of the outlands, to the other.

The Alliance has been attacked by many things, from Choppers, to snipers, and the random zombie here and there. In one fight with a sniper, Leonard was hit badly. Dave Woods rushed over to treat to his wounds. While being treated, the sneaky OTA unit decided to get too close, only to find we had more men then he though. After a while of shooting, and treating minor wounds, the sniper was killed. His body, however, remained on the high ridge of the woods. Doc, the brains of the Alliance, managed to find a rope inside HQ, that was made into multiple knots, used to climb. The Alliance managed to get to the body, tossing it down, and finding the sniper rifle, along with an RPG. The rifle and RPG were carefully looked at by Doc, with the help of a few Vorts. After a while, the sniper was handed to Leonard (Statua, who left), who tested it many times, killing only 1 OTA unit. The RPGs were tested later on in the week, and have been approved for use, but where never used in combat. After multiple fights, and scavanges, the Alliance managed to find shotguns, and other sorts of weapons and ammunition. After taking the sniper rifle, Leonard handed over the AR2 he was using to Dave Woods, who currently uses it. A crossbow was later given to the Alliance as a gift, though it wasn't used much, as we had much more advanced weapons to use. (It was however used as a replacement for the sniper rifle, while the sniper rifle was not yet ready for the server, as it is now.

:What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?:
Perks:
-With the weapons we have managed to unlock and use, we have been able to defend ourselfs and those around us, in an easier way than before.
- The airboat allows quick travel across the outlands, and allowed us to carry multiple things from an old HQ, to another.
- Doc's knowledge of the OTA suits, and weapons is much larger than it was before.
Defects:
- The Airboat is loud and attracts a lot of attention.
- The weapons, such as the AR2, are very heavy, mixed with the medical equipment Dave Woods carries, disables him of running quickly.
- The sniper rifle is large and isn't easy to carry around.
- The airboat needs fuel too run and has many chances to stop working.
- Fixing the Airboat will attract attention.
- The sniper rifle is a loud weapon.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?: Most of the items I am requesting at weapons we already have. Weapons we have rp'ed with, killed with, and have used. Since Statua left, we no longer have access to these things. For example, we deleted the Aiboat after leaving, so no one could minge take it. Every time Statua would get on, and the Airboat was needed, he would spawn it in a safe spot we hid it. IC it is always there, and should IC still be there, but withought flags, or Statua, this cannot be done. Same goes with the weapons. With these weapons and the Airboat, the Alliance can grow stronger in it's defense, it's power, and it's insurrence. The Alliance has always avoided talking to many people, but with all this, we felt like a familly, beggining to welcome people. Withought these items again (because there is no way to access them) we are weak, when we shouldn't.

Extra Notes (optional): A reminder, that the sniper, the AR2, shotgun, SMG, ammo, airboat, are all things WE IC HAVE. Since Statua left, we do not have access to them any longer, that is why I am applying.

I was told today that the sniper rifle was locked, and we could not use it. We managed to use it with the help of Doc and some vorts, but I am told it is impossible for none Civil protection units or OTA to use. If this is the case, I will not argue over it. However, if the sniper rifle will not be given to the Alliance, some rp in the past will need to be removed, or changed. Same goes with the Airboat and the 2 RPG's. As for the rest (Shotgun, SMG) they arn't as important.

Denied for: Airboat: You are not allowed to use vehicles which other players cannot obtain.
Flags: You don't need them. And no one other then admins (for admining purposes) will ever have V flags. v flags come with gold member only.


Edit: After talking to Statua, it appears he ONLY had a sniper, shotgun, USP and a radio. The other items where already owned by Dav, Albert and other guys. I'll be talking to you guys on what exactly you will get when I meet you ingame another time.

I have been gone on vacation, and have returned to this. Sorry to see you go Yankee :/, I too will need to spend more time on my grades, but instead of sports, my music. Meaning, I might not have the time to take care of Vorts.
