It's pretty much lying about the fact you bought a product and it's faulty, usually, but these methods will presumably tell you tips and how to avoid their checks at this sort of thing (at a guess)

I am a noob to to most hacking things, so can someone explain to me what this "method" is? Are you using a loophole to scam companies out of products, or is it something else?
