Title: Congratulations to "The Joke" (READ)

I would like to say congratulations to "The Joke" for making the first successful child application. Sure it's outlands, but this again brings great interesting rp to outlands once again.

I hope to see more in the future, but a child application i thought i would never see.

Well some servers certainly NEVER allow it. It's great to see a server that does.
Not all children were wiped out, that would take a while.
