Title: [03/15/2015] Recent Harbor Roleplay Downtime

With the coming of the most recent GMod update, HRP had to had go under maintenance for repair. Though I spent the weekend debugging and fixing as much of the gamemode as I could, one person can only test so much. So while you all are playing, I ask that you pay attention and if you notice any errors please create a bug report immediately.

Update has been applied to the server. Following changes have been made.

• Airboat now locks + owner is set
• Vehicles are removed when destroyed
• Raised Cessna spawning height a tiny bit - Hopefully this prevents wheels getting stuck
• Blue Harbor fishing NPC added back in
• You can buy fishing supplies now
• You can reclaim vehicles after you purchase them now
• Adjusted CG SC-1 speed as it was way too fast
