On the topic of training, what I saw in my and other's training was a basic IC training just so you could say you'd been trained. Most of the info you were required to get on your own OOCly. When I was first a RCT, I honestly had NO idea what to do, even after my rushed training.

Heineken is good for an occasional drink - Not a beer to get drunk off of, you get kinda tired of it.
Shiner Black Lager is pretty delicious.
Strongbow Apple Cider is the best.
Chocolate milk with 100 proof mint schnapps tastes like a peppermint patty, yum.
Horchata with spiced rum is amazing.
If you have a taste for it, shots of whiskey are pretty awesome.

First offense of minging, explain their error. Second offense, kick them and add a flag to them requiring them to watch the video upon rejoining.
