Harbor RP restart timeset

We should have a set time to when the server restarts to save people in-game money, possible lag, and trouble for admins.

If this were to happen we would need a warning of about 5min and it would require more lua coding from our developers but over all it a good idea would definatly help lag, its unfortinate for the people who build boats all the time as the would need to rebuild. Also how long would the reswt intervals be 12 hours?

Lowest is still an average of 20 in each server

My system that updates the status has a task checker, this means I can have it run an action (restart, for example) at a specific time every day, and I can specify parameters such as if the server is empty.

However, since HRP is never empty, this best would be to have it restart at a specific time and have the server notify the in game players.

I don't see why this would be needed. No extra entities are made apart from the ones players can spawn and buy and get deleted once they leave.
Stop assuming things.

If you did it around 2-4AM EST, it's be perfect, Usally nobody that makes Propboats is on there at those times, at Weekdays at least. You don't need to worry about rebuilding bases, you can just make better over time as you learn more and things.
