1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.My character, James Blackberry was running low on token's and needed to live a better life . In the past, James has been categorized as being a loyal person to the authorities.
He had always wanted to become a Combine Civil Authority since his best friend was killed by a rebel in crossfire. He swore from that day he was going to join the Civil Authority and be as cruel as possible to the people of the cities for he was just angry at people in general.
James has also been aiding the local civil protection with key information on the rebel's in the city, in hope's that he can earn there respect, that could help get to where he want's to get.
2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)Law-Abiding, Good with Strategy, Loyal to the CCA. Respects everyone who is a official. will obey commands no matter what it is.
3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.As this is my first time applying for Civil Authority, I think this will be a learning experience for me. It will give me the opprotunity to learn how to play as the CCA, and even improve my role playing, along with making new friends.
James will be where he wanted to be, serving the Combine
for the rest of his life, a goal that he has waited for.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.James Blackberry was born in Nottingham, England on April 24th, 1987. When he was only 3 years old his father was killed in action in the golf war. At age 8, his mother remarried. James and his step-dad became close, and starting at age 13, they would go to Football matches and watch Manchester united play. James attended public school from the age of 4 to 16, stopping in his last year when the Combine invaded. His mother and step-dad were killed during the initial genocides of the human populace.
James was initially sent to City 28, where he worked in a dirty, overcrowded, near-uninhabitable factory, producing weapons for the Civil Protection and other Combine military forces. City 28 was polluted beyond belief, probably more so than City 18. The sun never shone in City 28, resulting in around the clock darkness. City 28 also had terrible living conditions, and the Civil Protection unit in City 28 was often abusive. In 2010, City 28 was becoming overpopulated due to other cities sending their misbehaved citizens there to work in the factories. James received a transfer notice.
At age 23, James was transferred from City 28 to City 45. James had earned enough tokens in the factory to afford an apartment for 6 years. In that time, he had conversed with loyalists, who sought to brainwash him into liking the Union (The more, the merrier). From age 24 to 29, James began increasingly liking the Union. He would watch CPs do their daily duties from his apartment window and even helped them catch anti citizens by spying on them in return for rewards.
At age 29, James began to run low on tokens. He needed a job, and the CWU denied him due to no positions at the time. James decided to speak to one of the civil protection unit's about joining and was told where to go to sign up for the Combine Civil Authority's Civil Protection.

If so, explain?Yes, I was accused of being a rebel leader by no other then a rebel himself, whom i had told the Civil protraction about. The rebel was later found to have lied to try and get his way out of death.

I also declare my knowledge that as a Member of The Universal Union that I will be required to perform tasks above and beyond as well as perform ANY task ordered to by ANY commanding person(s). I hereby acknowledge the fact that as a Civil Protection Task-force Unit that I will be losing most, if not all, communication and or past relationship with anyone outside of the Universal Union's operational bounds.
