What happened when the bug occurred? Nothing out of the normal- I was issuing a traffic citation via the new menu. When I went into the menu, I was able to type in an amount and reason, but the name showed as 0. I tested this again with a second person and confirmed that their name all showed up as 0.

What was supposed to happen? As far as I know, when I bring the ticket menu up, their name is supposed to automatically fill in the name.

Only problem with this, is that administrator's need to know what is occuring on the forums. Unless we had an admin that could speak each needed language, we can't really do this imo.
