So here's the next story.
I was on my resistance character, and I was going to go into D2, because I am ICly there. I went to the HaP and saw that it was closed, so I went to the UCH entrance. It was locked. I went onto my cumbean character and unlocked it, because as YankeeSamurai and RoflWaffle has said, it should be unlocked at pretty much all times. I went back onto my resistance char and went back through. After I disconnected, I went back to the UCH and it was locked again. I went on my UCA and said "//Who locked the UCH-D2 entrance AGAIN?". Then 040 said "//D2 is restricted at all times, it should be locked.", and I told him what Rofl and Yankee said. I then unlocked it and went through with my civvie. Later, I was called to the HCMR, and 040 attempted to blackmark me for opening D2 and going through on my civvie. I told him that 1. It is supposed to be open and 2. I am ICly in there. He said he would review it and I went back on my civvie. I also said that this would be appealed by tomorrow and I would have Yankee confirm both things I said. Eventually I got back on my UCA, and went AFK while I watched my friend RP on his laptop next to me. I saw that this man he pushed off a bridge was not responding to RP and said "i rolled over 50 and so i survived" when he had just been pushed off a bridge. . .So I went on my UCA and chased after him, trying to get him to RP it well. I chased him to the UCH block 2 and popped him in the leg so it would be easier to knock him out. Then he apparently thought it was IC RP, and he charfallovered. I left him to my friend, and went back to AFKing or something, I can't remember. Later I was called into the HCMR by 040 and 479. 040 proceeded to blackmark me for insubordination. I guess that saying in LOOC when he tried to BM me that it would be appealed very soon and would never go through. I had a certain animosity towards him since he seems to be part of the 'HC officers who hate 597' club. He had yelled at me for exercising my ability to order recruits. . .Then 479 proceeded to BM me twice for a 'Breach in security" and I explained in LOOC that I was dealing with a failRPer. He said I was lying, PKed me and revoked my whitelist. They also confirmed that they were mad about me evading earlier blackmarks by saying 'You're not weaseling out of this one, Josh.".
This animosity and harassment has to stop. . .
Possible evidence of misunderstanding:
Yankee can tell you that UCH-D2 should be unlocked and that I am ICly in D2.

I should've listened to the others.
When the combine came, the others assigned me a new name. I accepted it and got shipped off to City 45 District 1. I sat there while the others made plans of living without the combine. I didn't listen to them. I stayed in my little bubble of ignorance. My only link to them was a modified request device that we sent radio messages on. This is the way I witnessed the demise of two siblings and a friend.
Larry died.
Summer died.
Sarah died.
The resistance died, or so it seemed. All they had left was Joshua Bradley, or 597. He contacted me. He must have sent a message under Sarah's name requesting a roommate or something, I don't know. All I know is that I'm here now.
I went to Sector Six. My instructions were to peer around every corner and make sure it was clear, then hide in a trashcan until a train comes, and hop on it. I did so. I also had a secondary objective of obtaining a radio. Someone sold me one for five tokens. Now I can get onto the blackmarket frequency that Summer Miles obtained.
Once I got to Sector Six, I was told to go to the bar. I used the spare key I was given to enter. I [I don't want everyone to know OOCly and have metagame] as I had been told, and the door opened. I walked in. I took out my key to the control box and shut off the door, preventing anyone from entering. Then I reopened it and got in a corner where I am writing this.

In S2M, how do you hit people? Can you roll for your shots? Or do you keep on shooting around them until you accidentally hit them?

This is a question directed toward admins. Basically I have something planned involving dynamite (not mingeing). Rofl has approved the roleplay of me getting explosives, now the question. Who set the dynamite limit to 0, and how did you do that? Rofl can't seem to get it to work. If Rofl did it in the first place, then I am a huge derp.

Hello, this is more of a discussion thread than a suggestion, but you can move it if you like.
I think that apartments should be free.
Reasons:
1. In the canon, people are assigned to apartments, they don't pay for them.
2. When you disconnect, you lose your apartment. This causes you to lose all of your money from roleplaying correctly.
3. What about when people have no money? Then they cannot buy an apartment, causing the CCAs to get mad at them, but the CCAs should assign him an apartment in the canon.
And another lesser solution would be to make it so doors stay bought until someone else buys them. The doors owned by disconnected players would say "Disconnected" on them. You could buy those only if the apartment building was full.
Oh, and there would be a limit of one door, of course.

Anyways, I love serious RP, and get super pissed when ever I go on lite RP because of the fail RP. I am banned from the OCRP (gonna be completely transparent about that), because there was a glitch that made the chat box tiny, and I couldn't see what anyone was saying. I'm not here to whine, though, I just wanted to give this community a happy hello.
