A thats not resistance but, A vest that has a + like a clinic symbol, Something that looks Black,Has small pockets Something that could hold a small pistol, It could probally hold something small then a pistol, The vest has like four pockets two on each side, The + symbol is in the corner, Mostly on the shoulder part.

Found It dugged up with a small peice of it showing, Janey sees it, She pulls it out, The Vest is dirty but has a Clear + on it. She cleans it off with water, The vest looks clearer, She decides to keep it, Maybe It could be useful.
What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
Perks
Extra space (small amount of bag space), Extra armor (small amount).
Defects
Cant run (Too heavy).

Just to wear around to show I'm more protected, It makes more like im tough.

Not that I am a admin or anything, sorry for posting. You need to edit this alittle more, use some examples from other peoples forums. Make a detailed story also and put some more into other sections aswell.

Also just a note here. Vests cannot be obtained anymore rofl said so and also it would be impossible to find a vest like that. It woulda been found by refuges in such a short time also, just to let you know the back story is lacking so much detail.

Even if you could obtain resistance vests now, this would be denied due to lack of detail and such.
