If your character were to randomly scream things in the ration queue, or you were to mock recruits in the middle of the plaza I would IC consider you mentally unstable which would bar you from enlistment in to the MPF, but by all means PM me and explain your char and these actions

Pending Looking in to previous run-ins with the MPF.
1. Have you ever been detained or apprehended for a Sociostability Infringement before? If so, explain?
I have been detained, from what I can recall from my memory, three times. One was for pulling a prank on 711. I rigged a trap in which I drew a smiley face onto a bucket and attached it to a jumpsuit. I then attached it to some thin jumpsuit fibres and then wrapped that around the door handle to an apartment.
If he opened the apartment, the fake citizen would fall in front of his face, spooking him. This scared the crap out of him and we got in a tussle. I never directly nor indirectly assaulted the unit but was then tied by the legs and feet. I was detained and locked away for several "cycles" as the CCA call it.
The second time was when I screamed "Russians!" in the rations line as a joke. I hoped the units would assume I was happy for rations but they caught me in the act of yelling it out and I was detained by 711 when he got promoted to EpU.
The last time I was detained was because I watched three recruits patrolling the plaza and then cracked a joke once more, yelling out "Cruit Storm!". They warned me, and as I was walking away and giggling to myself, I yelled out "Cruit Storm!" once again and ran around the corner. I fully stopped after they told me to, and faced the wall, though that was after a few warnings as I was reluctant to get beat up. I was then detained.
The last two reasons you were detained seem rather silly, almost as if you were bored and just decided to mess about. I can't say im keen on letting someone have an MPF char if they're gonna walk about in the plaza yelling silly stuff. The interview is pending untill I or another member of the ECHO training team have have seen your roleplaying ability

After reviewing your thread what I can source is that because you didn't have access to a list of contraband items, you saw no harm in carrying them about. I can see where your coming from with the whole IC denied for an OOC reason, as you did not have the knowledge to know what is contraband.

I agree with every thing you said, but I question why these points where not brought up the first time I did my applications.
Your right, this is my own fault for not taking my time and reading the first application properly. On that note i'm going to shorten the re-apply time to 17/03/2014 (Monday). By this time you will have hopefully been on the HL2RP server over the weekend, gaining a bit more knowledge in to how it works.

Im doing to deny this application for the following reasons: -You've said you have 11 days playtime on HRP however I have reason to believe you don't have much HL2RP experience -Related to above: In your backstory it says thinks back to when he was a child and how he would see the CCA patrolling the streets keeping him safe from the dangers of the world. He remembered how his father would tell him stories about the CCA
-After the 7 hour war; the elderly, the young, disabled etc were killed off. As such your backstory doesnt fit because it is form a perspective that your character was a child during the Combine occupation which would infact mean he would be dead. -From the points noted above I think you could do with more experience in the HL2 server before your ready for a character in the CCA. Please re-apply no earlier than the 21/03/2014 (21st March 2014)
