1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.My character wishes to join the Civil Authority. My character wants to join the civil authority because he respects the laws and the badge of the Civil Protection. My character obeys the laws and enforces them to his fullest extent.
My character wants to join the civil authroity because he wishes to enforce the laws/rules and obied by them as well.
This is the reasons my character wishes to become a Civil Protection Unit.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.I expect combine civil authority to be a little be difficult but something to entertain me for hours a day. The experience for my character will be a fun job and he will take it as if his life was at stake and it is.
Me and my character will both have some problems from time to time sure but everyone does. We will both power through them and correct our mistakes.

This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.Victor Mondez is a russian who when he was a child had his parents taken away by the government. Then Victor ran and caught a boat to america. Victor lived a normal life as a American from then onward. Victor was a police officer for a year but then quit. The Combine took over soon after.
