Day 1 in the civil authority. I've just finished codex training, my tour of the nexus building and my detainment training, met some good people and met one hell of a commander.
It was a fairly good start, my first taste of real patrol...if only It hadn't been so sour

I was on patrol with 013 for a little while, he seems like a nice enough guy. A little soft on the citizens but nice nonetheless.
We were approached by some citizen claiming anti citizenship in the CWU area, propoganda spreading.
I had my hunches but I was blinded by duty, so I tagged along with 013 to oversee the event. Obviously the commander was none too pleased.
We headed into CWU and the citizen insisted that 013 ONLY followed him in, as you can imagine it didnt work out like a party.
The commander was infuriated and came straight to us when I reported what was happening, when he arrived 013 came running out of the building like he was gonna scream "bloody murder!", the citizen wasn't alone. An entire group of anti-citizens had planned an ambush.

With the commander of course, we took them all down....poor 013 barely made it out alive.
He seems a lot diofferent now.....that caring attitude has gone, vanished from him. I haven't come out unscarred either, Im not trusting a civillian so easily again.
I vowed to keep this city safe, to keep scum under control or in a cage
But how do I do that when I can't tell villain from civillian?

 I haven't been able to do one of these for a while, I suppose I've been slackign a bit in terms of these log posts, although I still don't find them as relevant as kicking scum off the streets, pardon the unrpofessional language.

I was tasked with the defense of the sector 6 checkpoint today, it felt good to have a sense of honour on my shoulders. Although I'm not sure if the commanders see it as responsibility for me, just an excuse to get me out of their faces.
The last breach training session was cancelled due to a more pressing matter, details haven't yet been closed.
747, our DvL Has been very easy-going lately, but that's probably to hide his feelings towards us recruits.
We're the boys in a mens playground, but boys can be driven by hatred, and hatred seems to have set in for 013 after that incident with the anti's.

He's been a lot different now.....more strict, it's like an overnight transformation he's gone through and now he's the mirror image of who I once patrolled with.

That's not the worst of it though.....a few days ago before I did this log, I was in a meeting with the rest of the force.....Someone was awarded a black mark.
It doesn't seem like much but, it was a frightening thing to see happen to a mere recruit, even more so that it could happen to me.

In truth? I can't wait to get out of this uniform...just my Breach training practical, my firearms training, agility and formation to go. I'm going at them head on, in a team or alone...preferably in a team I suppose.

Cleaning crime off the streets, one citizen at a time...with all the help i can get.

I've been slacking on these so it's high time for me to write my next post....boy oh boy what a life I'm having.

We had an exogen breach....a live exogen breach! It was carnage...it was adrenaline...it was scary!.
I wish i was more than a recruit...I would've been ouit there fighting, but instead it was my job to escort citizens to the CCH and soon after the Nexus lobby....we had a small necrotics outbreak but I think it was "contained" eventually

I also got my first taste of rations.....as the crowd controller
Had a stupid citizen who thought it was ok to jump the barriers and lock the door to rations without any permission whatsoever and with a civil protection watching him every step!

(OOC) He also began to float in middair :3

(IC) I was authorised a minor beating for disrupting sociastability, 4 hits, I have to say it felt mixed. I always wanted to feel the adrenaline of giving a beating to a rebel, a scum, a criminal...and this man was indeed a criminal, sort of.

I suppose I just want to be issuing beatings to the scum of the street who I'll enjoy giving pain to, let them feel the pain they've been causing for others as it were....
