Title: Invisible Soldiers?
Post by: Blue Haze on February 19, 2012, 09:56:33 AM
I was playing and I heard combine in D6, and decided it was admin doing something and that it shouldn't be acknowledged, but a few minutes later, my character heard radio chatter and I saw very faint white soldiers walking through D6, which shortly after there was a sweep by a horde of Civil Protection.

I've never seen this before, and I'm just wondering what it is..

It's all in your head. There are no invisible soldiers. Keep calm, stay quiet, move along.

I suggest you leave District six and start intaking regular supplies of combine issued water, all of this clean water must be getting to your characters head.

Haha, invisible soldiers? That made me chuckle! But seriously, you didn't see anything and were mistaken. Accept this fact for your own safety.

But how are we supposed to get the Breen's Water? We never get rations! :(

If you don't know what it is, then it usually means you shouldn't know. Hint hint.

Unfortunately, I do have a brain, and I am guessing that it is probably some devision of OTA, most likely PHANTOM

*I am not trying to say that the OP doesn't have a brain...

I didn't think they had that ability. Everyone didn't care because others would say "IT'S OOC GUYS"

I got scared when I heard noises on the warehouse... while I was IC untieing someone... then a voice whispered in my ear. I stayed near crowds the rest of the day, hoping I wasn't gonna get killed. :(

Basically, when OTA is hunting, especially the division being talked about (I won't name it), just know you're being watched, probably through a scope.

That's kinda creepy. I didn't think that they could actually go in like that though anyways, thanks for informing me.

PHANTOM, or any of the OTA/COTA Elements have been removed. Maybe someone was accidentally...materialised?

OMICRON. Lol. Oops.

How to know you're not going to be ambushed and powergamed as an anti-citizen.

/pm omicron  hi
(Not a valid player) - you can play.
If the PM goes through, change character.
Pro.
(This is a joke.)

Citizen, have you been intaking various substances that may lead to hallucinations or dramatic relases of endorphins?

You need to go home, and eat your scheduled U.U. branded supplements and get lots of sleep.

Move along.

Yeah something's up with D6, was there with the group of civies and I could swear I was hearing Faint Hunter/Zombine Sounds. Creeped me and all of the other civvies out (except for Ossus who dosen't have ep1 or 2 which is why I think it is those). I think the clearest conclusion to this issue is that D6 is Haunted.

The Daily Life of an Anti-Citizen Admin:

Anti-Civi Admin: I hear some sounds
Anti-Civi Admin goes into spectator
Anti-Civi Admin: Time to bounce.
Anti-Civi Admin goes on his unit or OTA char and joins in on being invisible.

On a serious note, this has happened to me before. I have seen partiality-invisible units run around D6. I would also hear the vo-coder thingy. The units and admins are keeping a secret from us, that's why I don't do to much anti-citizen stuff much more.

I was thinking about that wondering why everyone was freaking out. Was it something really loud or was it faint. Cause i heard a faint noise that sounded like something was contained and trying to get out.

You know the sounds that CPs would make when they were typing what they are gunna say? Like a beep when they start and a beep when they end? That's the random sound in S6. Like I said, the units and admins are keeping it a secret, but I think they failed at keeping it like that. There is already a thread about it...your move admins.

This sounds like something that may escalate on a pretty large scale. Best of luck to whoever gets caught into whatever it may be  :-\

I went down to check the subway of course with out a flash light, got half way down there before I got really scared and just ran back up to every one. I heard some beeping but I could have sworn it sounded like a hunter.

There are no secret divisions, there are no Black Ops divisions, there are no cloaked units, there are no unit cloaking capabilities that we have. Your eyes are simply deceiving you. You're completely safe in D6 and no one is monitoring you secretly using cloaking capabilities that we don't have. That's just crazy talk.

This does not sound entirely safe or assuring, not in the slightest bit lol. Fear and suspicion has been doubled.

This is not crazy talk, people have found out that there is shit happening in D6 so now some people are trying to cover it up. There IS something happening, you can lie but we know there is something.

My char was detained once. While sitting in the Nexus, I saw a transparent Combine with the Nova Prospekt model. I wish I had screenshots...

Don't believe in the rumours.
Most of these people haven't even had a decent meal since they moved to city 45.

We have no advanced cloaking technology! Ridiculous! Why would we waste it on your anyway?

/me makes a note of the complainers names, walking back into the nexus to the CA office.

We know there is something going on, you can't hide it anymore. There is some sort of 'cloaked' units. You cannot lie to us anymore.

I swear your such a conspiracy theorist.
Even IF there was something there why would we tell you? What right do you have to know the business of the Universal Union that only Divisional Leaders and above have access to?

On a lighter note. No. Stop looking into and analysing each sentence plz.
There isn't anything of the sort and never will be.

Your VMS squad, Oh really.

- If you, as a citizen, CP unit, vortigaunt or whatever you may be, is/are not informed. It is because you are not supposed to be. If there were this classified top secret group with this top secret agenda, it is usually classified to enhance role-play, distribute and start role-play. Instead of making a thread about it, starting consipracy theories and possibly ruining the whole idea of a classified group, why not just role-play, why do all in-game situations, circumstances which are purely IC, have to be detailed to the bone and spread accross the forums.

Role-Play is role-play. If you don't know. You are not meant to.
