Title: What would happen to your character(s) AFTER the combine war?
Post by: Elions on December 28, 2012, 09:00:57 PM
A little idea that's been in my mind for a while already, do hear me out.

We've all talked about what our characters were like before and after the 7 hour war. We've talked also about what happens to them during their time in the cities and outlands even... But, let's say for a moment that the rebellion actually won. Let's say that the world was back to a relatively normal state, with people regaining control of the Earth...

What would happen to your character then? (assuming he/she survives).

Go ahead and let your imagination fly, use a normal sentence or make a little story for it, it's your call.

I'm not sure about the rest yet but i know my main character would probably end up giving himself in after the war, basically to "answer for what he did" before the 7 hour war. Basically ending up in prision for at the very least 15 years (might develop that idea a bit more later)

Well I guess the Wilsons would live the remainder of their time in one of the probably-going-to-be-established strongholds on the outskirts in a cabin. Do some stereotypical redneck shit. I can see Beans and Beef and Meaty all dying in the same situation in their fifties/sixties.

I'll make a story when I can be assed.

Only one worth mentioning of mine is 495. At that stage if he wasn't shot, he would eventually die because his augments would be uncharged. But depending on the severity of the rebellion in C45 and if we get a code black or some coo coo shit, 495 would probably abandon the City and get as far as he could with what he had.

My unit 357 was deeply entrenched into the philosophy of the U.U. and took after the propaganda quite seriously, so if he wasn't taken down in combat over the city he would likely go through the rest of his life believing that the benefactors would return, at the time of writing he wasn't terribly augmented but he was in peak physical shape, so I have no doubts that he would live to an old age, providing, again, that he wouldn't die in battle which, in the end, I believe he would have preferred over living under the new rebel regimes.

His brother Jonathan, who was in Ineu from the beginning, came in on the convoy from the outer canals of (Whatever city we decided they were outside of, I think it was City 18.) He would likely try to take up residence in one of the cities that are now under rebel control and try and eke out a living with some sort of shop, as he was always partial to being a tradesman in his days in the pass. He did live in some pretty bad conditions and deal with malnutrition for a time so I doubt he would live much farther than 50.

017 would have probably jumped ship along with the rest of ZEALOT and attempted to leave to OL once the shit definitely hit the fan. From there she would try to live out her life into the aftermath of the war on the fringes of civilization. Eventually she would return, having most likely getting off scott free with her crimes.

Richard Sherlock would probably be long dead before his goals were achieved. If he was alive to see it, he would return to assist the new Civil Police maintain order. His skills would come in handy but some elements of his past could end up branding him a terrorist'.

'Doctor' would probably continue travelling through Europe, eventually succumbing to some form of illness.

'Kal' would end up travelling back to civilization with Red and the two would continue to live together.

Councilor Eolas would be strung up on the front of the embassy by resistance fighters for weeks until he died of starvation and thirst.

Pariah'Lok'Raam would most likely try to join another kin after the Combine's defeat, he would have forgiven himself enough by then.

I should probably get back to editing City 45 for the memorial event I had planned.

Daniel Slater would encounter the same end-game as his predecessors: if death failed to catch up with him before their victory, he would move on to be a backseat observer as the rest of the free world celebrated the triumph of humanity. Although he would be content with knowing that he did absolutely everything in his power to make life for the citizens of City Forty Five easier, he would spend the rest of his life regretting some of the more horrific and macabre decisions which were made on his behalf.

Doctor Lauren Neil would be torn apart by the rebels who found her. Although she legitimately stepped into the role of a Civil Administrator with the intention of helping her fellow humans, it later became clear she was more interested in maintaining her position and profile as an executive member of the Civil Administration Board of City Forty Five.

Nicole Mason would meld into regular civilian life seamlessly. Although she had turned away from the path which her father had set before her, she would take part in the reconstruction of humanity without a hint of hesitation. The rest of her life would be dedicated as a testament to a father whom although was now deceased, would be very proud.

Rex 'Luco' Vindicta: He would most likely end up some where in reclusion, most likely watching from a high moutain peak as humanity restored itself to it's normal state. Eventually, he will come down for visits and tours of the new human race. Or he might end up in Jail due to his mental problems...and murderous shit, all that bad juju.

Doctor William House: He would most likely surrender himself over to the Rebellious figures and hand them any important documents he can get his hands on. Being that manipulative kind of guy, he will most likely join the rebels and wait for this to all pass over, giving them speeches on how to better beat the Universal Union and give them insights on how to better ourselves from our past, being careful not to repeat history.

742: As a young 05, he would probably either follow 017, or 777. Both were nice to him, so if he could follow both he would. If he had to choose one, he wouldn't be able to. He would committ suicide due to the massive amounts of stress. OR, he would defect and run towards the rebels bearing a citizen uniform, leaving all of his weapons behind and radios.

Matt would most likely fall in combat during the war mainly due to his age, and his injuries during the occupation.
However, if he survived he'd most likely get in to politics and try to lead the new world in to a golden age.
Or he'd open a bar and serve drinks for the rest of his days/retire and just fade in to history.

Thomas may still have built up anger from the war, and follow it by enlisting in any police/military force there is left/Spend the last of his days hunting for any CCA members in hiding.

155 would most likely flee from the onslaught with 017, if he wasn't killed in any of the battles that may have occured. Eventually he would suggest living out somewhere in the outlands and attempt to gather the remainder of the fragmented CCA in an attempt to stay safe / regain fighting power. 155 would continue to hide out in the waste with other units or alone, until he died of old age, hunger, or other means.

Dr. Edward L. Iglesias would hide away in the cities, with the advantage of being a relatively unknown CA, he could get away with it. Chances are however he would be discovered by the rebels and killed, or be forced to flee to the outlands. Either way he would die within a few weeks after the event.

Now I feel like making a side story for future 155, oh goodie. I'll get on to that when I have a good idea set in place.

Jennifer Hanson would more than likely merge back into society, assisting in anyway possible with the reconstruction of humanity. She'd more than likely lay low during the actual course of the fighting, helping out refugees with supplies and the like.

'Flower' would more than likely flee out of the city during the course of the fighting that would occur in such an event. She'd easily blend into any outcome, due to her childlike nature of simply morphing to any figure who seems like a guardian to her. She'd more than likely spend the rest of her days in the company of those she'd escape with, or end up with in the immediate aftermath of a revolution.

There's two outcomes that 091 could have. If she some how managed to regain her memory or realise that the Union's slowly destroying humanity, she'd be quick to jump onto the bandwagon that is the Resistance. She'd accept any fate they gave her, whether it be life, torture, or death for her crimes against humanity. If she wasn't able to recall her true mindset, she'd more than likely flee the cities, fighting alongside what remains of OTA/Union supporters in the Outlands until killed or captured.

Dr. Alisha Tallen would probably blend back into society with ease, as she became a CA for the purposes of easing the lives of citizens. She hasn't done anything truly bad against humanity, and has good people skills. She'd more than likely wiggle her way out of any bad scenarios.

Michael Eloriga would join up with the fighting force of the Resistance rather quickly when actual combat came around. If he managed to survive the war, he'd have to blend in with the standard members of society and hide his past, as he was a part of a terrorist organization before the war. However, for the remainder of his life, he'd spend it searching for the love of his life, who supposedly is somewhere around City 45.

Pre-Clockwork 350 would, along with 495, die either during the fighting or cardiac arrest when his augments run out of juice.  Once the server gets back up and I reboot 350, he would probably flee the city and surrender himself to the first rebel group he runs into.  Jean Sabotier (350) isn't that courageous of a character, merely joining up with Civil Protection because he wanted to help his fellow citizens and protect them.

So many to name. So lets see.

- OfC 654: Expecting him to die around DvL, and be excuted on the roof of the nexus. If he happens to survive as the riots begin in the city he would probably go to the armory, and load up on ammo, and guns. Then probally try, and leave through the sewers later on ditching his uniform. He has no augments.

- Dr. Will Jones: Would surrender to the Rebels or if not at first he would attempt to hide, and escape.

- Mack 'Ghost' O'Conner: Assuming he survives for some time he would give all his ammo, and guns to a trusted friend then kill himself.

-  UU.OTA.SYNTH.71371: Most likely die by Freeman or some other rebel.

- Frank Jacobson (Tier-2.Med): After hearing about the rebellion he would toss away his white shirt walking to the CWU Supply gathering as much as he could then later taking off to hide.

- Johnny Barks: Due to him only being armed with a sword I expect him to go down very soon, and before the uprising. I would expect him charging a OTA Unit with a small sword as they pepper him down with bullets.

- C45.CCA.GRID-SCN.654: Would probally die by resistance.

- [CG:OP] Delta1116732: I don't really know on this one. Fly away into the sunset?

- C45.CONSCRIPT.11900: He would wait, and hide in the cells until citizens had overrun the nexus eventually getting inside until they release him. After that he would go all out Rambo with the resistance on the CCA.

- Mek' Vol: Hearing about the uprising he would assist the citizens in any way he could.

- UU.OTA.VANGUARD-12.65410: After taking down some citizens I would expect him to he taken down by a sniper or explosive.

- Dr. Wesley Sharp: He would continue to hide in his unknown spot with his tech. He would then attempt to move to the mountains near his home, and research lab off the coast of Indu. If he survived he would remain there, and continue on with his life though remember the people who helped him.

I'd also like to point out this is that even though the Combine are gone Antlions would still remain, and let alone headcrabs. Though the headcrabs number would vastly decrease they would still be around.

905: She would end up heading off with 495 trying to help him and shit till he dies, then most likely either kill herself or just lay down the uniform, keep the guns and radio and walk off into the sun set to either live in the woods or just join the Resistance. (Suicide would also be a MASSIVE option.)

00621 would have no place in post-combine society after being so heavily involved with the persecution of rebels and with the implementation of UU propaganda and ideals, probably to the point where he'd be specifically targeted like some officers within the Nazi regime. It's likely he would be involved in combine resistance pockets that would continue to be active post-combine fall until his death.

Marcus would have problems integrating into society due to his PTSD and facial scarring from burn wounds. He'd probably drink himself silly and die or work for whatever government would take over as a military asset.

C45.CCA.APEX-DvL.211 would in essence be tried for her crimes of mass murder and probably be put to death like most if not all high ranking units in the CCA. However, in the slim chance she actually managed to escape such a fate she would probably spend the rest of her days living quietly as a hired gun or sink back into her prostitute life to make a living.

Tekel'Pakem would probably be used for her advanced knowledge in electrical wiring and mechanics as well as her usefulness in Vortessence. She would no doubt be helping those in need within reason and most likely only if they could assure her some mutual benefit. It would be my hope that she would eventually land it in some prestigious scientific facility to work with the new worlds brightest minds.

Octavia 'Roc' Wainwright would simply sink into the normal life of a citizen in the 'new world order' and try to put the past behind her.

UU.OTA.PHANTOM.21121 would most likely be killed by Gordon via grenade in the window or in a similar manner by rebels. However, in the event of survival he would probably continue his directives aimlessly from the shadows and engage in rogue reconnaissance.

UU.OTA.STORM-OpL.48585 would probably be shot down by a rocket launcher or taken out by D.O.G. after a failed raid on a rebel operated location.

Dr. Leonard Who would most likely be shunned by humanity and possibly even be sent into exile due to being an avid supporter for the Union and being one of the many faces used in their propaganda spouts. Though I imagine he would settle in a small town in the far southern portion of Europe or even to North America if possible to a location unaware of his existence and involvement with the Union to live a normal life and put the past behind him.

C45.CONSCRIPT.12302 would probably be killed by a CCA or OTA unit during a Nexus purge after rebellious figures would begin to pour inside to take over. However, should he survive, he would most likely be freed only to be taken to a Vortigaunt research facility and essentially be handled like cattle and used in various experiments as to discern the nature of the Vortigaunt life cycle, reproductive actions, anatomy, use and manipulation of Vortessence and eventually be dissected.

Fire Heart would either most likely be sedated and shipped back to South America to re-establish his tribe for the better, seeking out the fragments of those he once called family or be unable to adapt to the changing world and essentially be extinguished by rebels or citizens alike fearing for their relative safety. (Beans will probably kill him...again...)

864-He would probably hide in the outlands if he were to escape from the mass executions of the units. Disguise himself probably something similar to this:Click to see the original size.

-56294 Probably be one of the gun down hunter-choppers and killed in the crahed.

-Samantha Holgate would be a bartender of here own pub as her buisness for the rest of her days.

-Ori: Doesn't have a story or somethin', but he would just try to look for supplies after the war, maybe even start a life with someone, maybe investigate the Combine portals. Highly doubt though.

-C45.CCA.GRID-05.773: Will keep the suit for extra armor, be a friend of the "Idiot" 716, and... Don't have any other things.

James Tavener (Organizer) - Would probably stick around during the start of the rebellion, hoping the combine would be able to squash any threats that came into city 45. When shit starts to get serious I imagine he would do his best to try and escape the city, attempting to get to a place where his face will not be recognized. In all likely hood he would probably die from xen life while fleeing the city, or be captured by rebels.

Dr. Dawn: Probably be killed or executed once the rebels storm the nexus. If she survived, she would probably lay low, maybe in the Outlands and try to survive.

UU.OTA.PHANTOM.SOMETHING: Would most certainely die in the rebellion, if not, he would continue to fight in the combine resistance until his death.

Kar'Tul: Probably lay low until the rebellion is over, he wouldn't really help out, just camp somewhere and kill whoever was a threat to him, combine or rebel.

Conscript: Assist the rebellion once he was freed, if he wasn't executed beforehand (happened at nova prospekt i believe).

Bane: Try and make the most of it, sell supplies to rebels and make a profit, would also be fairly easy to aquire a weapon in a rebellion so a gang/bandit group would be reachable.

522: Would have died by some freak accident like a building collapsing on him again or another explosion since he is already pretty heavily augmented from previous events. If by any chance he did survive he'd just live in a cave until he died in isolation.

Mikhail Koslov: With him having no muscles to contain shit with due to removal by Veran's SeC's orders ages ago which was carried out by Kronic's unit, and having to have special pants which have a bag inside to contain his shit (this is legit) he'd probably just drink shit tons of vodka until he went insane and started flinging shit at people and get shot down since who the hell wants to live their life shitting into a bag uncontrollably.

Alfred Mortimer: My old Outlands guy, if he even managed to not get brutally murdered he would continue to stalk and rape innocent woman AND men, as he does not care as long as he is "pounding fresh meat", but with reproduction occurring again he will also be stalking babies and children, brutally raping and murdering them until he dies and licking his lips constantly. If he dies it'll be by sucking off someone's .357 and having the guy pull the trigger so his brains explode out of his head.

Yes.

Christine Jellfish would be stunned by surprise that the combine lost the war, then she soon realizes that she has been betraying her own humanity for so many years. She would probably drop everything behind her and escape the city to go as far away from anyone she knows as she can, in hope to start a new life somewhere unknown. If this is not possible, she would either live a very depressed life, or suicide to help herself out of the misery she has done to fellow humans.

C45.CCA-NOVA.EU.121: Would most likely be killed by rebels because he was in the CCA. But if he wasn't and somehow explained he was just trying to do the best thing for the citizens, he would lend his medical expertise to any and all citizens that required it. He joined the CCA to help better citizens, and even though his vision of this became a little blurred, he still believes and follows this.

Mike Boone, if he didn't die in the uprising, would live a life in a small town somewhere in the eastern european area, at most he would hunt down 203 if he survived the uprising.

203, granted he survives the current events in City 7, would notice that the second uprising in city 7 would be the time it falls. He would get as much weapons and ammo as he could carry, and start treking towards City 45 for refuge. Depending on the situation, he would either fight alongside the units in City 45, both new and old, or find a group of city 45 units that are escaping and just trek along with them. He'd most likely die in either situation, whether it be by rebels, illness, starvation, old age, or at the hands of Mike Boone.

Vek'Vosh'Tal would probably assist in the rebuilding of earth, healing the wounded or taking up a more combatic role (Maybe being part of the police force?). He'd then just fade into history, perhaps traversing the world in search of his partner R-4913.

34370 (AKA 'Necro', 'Humper' ect.), if he survives the events of the uprising, would most likely be kept as a pet by one of the denizens in Ineu. If not, he would the rest of his life in solitude, seeing how most humans would leave towards civilization, 34370 would live a lonely life until dying of most likely starvation.

Jason Duvall would just fade into the crowd, maybe seek therapy so he can speak again.

Keiji would probably work as a travelling Mechanic, offering work for supplies, what with his skills with machinery and Combine tech. His big goal, however, would be to try to get blueprints of whatever Combine tech he could and sell them off to scientists and other mechs alike, effectively assisting in the advancement of future tech post re-civilization.

What I imagine Beans looks like. Minus the black and white effect.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9JRW1ukSfk

Beans rubbed his eyes, opening them slowly. The low hanging ceiling ceiling of the log cabin allowed small streams of light to flow through the miniscule cracks. He sat with a low grunt, rubbing the gray stubble along his jaw. His head fell to the side, looking across the room at the two other vacant beds. He swung his legs over the side of the bed, his blue veins somewhat visible nearing the stump that he used to call his knee. He grabbed his peg leg from its leaning position against the wall, fitting it into place over his leg.

As Beans stood, the springs of the leg groaned under his weight. He waddled towards the doorway of the bedding area of the cabin He grabbed onto the side of the doorway, peering around the makeshift kitchen with a scowl. He let go of the log frame, starting for the door to the cabin itself, knocking the discarded iron door open with his shoulder, looking to the Cliffside where Beef sat, his legs dangling over the edge.

Beans lazily dragged his feet to Beef’s side, sitting down slowly and with several grunts and groans.  Beef tossed a stick down the cliff, the ruins of City Forty Five many miles away, the shapes of the structures still evident from the overlook.  Beef turned his head to Beans, his right shoulder snapped rapidly up, down, back and forth in a quick moment, almost all at once. “Mehm… Meat-uhrm.. Meaty’s down in the wood choppin’ wood fer kindlin’.”

Beef’s shoulder swiveled rapidly once more, an obvious twitch had developed from the massive amounts of human flesh he ingested in the past twenty to thirty years. Meaty came from the forest, axe over his shoulder. His head was now covered in dark brown and graying wispy strands of hair, all flowing down different parts of his head, covering his eyes slightly and resting just above his shoulders. Hair formed around his mouth into a beard, running up his jawline to connect to the rest of his hair.

As Meaty neared, a scar could be noticed running down his forehead and over his right eyelid, nearly fusing his eyelids together. His right eye itself was nearly clenched shut, his lower eyelid sank down, and his upper eyelid hung just above it. Only the bottom part of Meaty’s blue iris and a small area of his pupil was visible through his right eyelids.

Meaty trudged past the two older brothers sitting on the Cliffside, dropping a few hunks of wood amongst the larger pile, turning with the axe resting on his shoulder. “Looked like some of the guys in town are getting’ all riled up again, saw from the hill.”

Beans  sniffled, looking over his shoulder, “Let ‘em come. Fuck ‘em.”

Beef’s head subconsciously bobbed back and forth slightly, “Them assholes ain’t shit. Town is smarter than knowin’ we ain’t what Peck says we are.”

Meaty set the axe against the cabin, “Want me to go get the guns?”

Beans’ bottom lip stuck out a bit, he spit a wad of saliva and phlegm down the cliff, giving Meaty a single nod over his shoulder. Meaty pushed open the cabin door, his heavy steps heard from within the cabin. Beans looked to Beef,  then back down the cliff, “Remember… when I lost my leg?... In Ineu?” Beans shook his pegged leg, tapping it against the Cliffside.

Beef shuddered a bit, his right shoulder beating around once more. “Yep…”

“Remember… after, we went outside to the gate… me an’ you… an’ we were talking? I said if I was to go real soon to stick with Paul, that you two could watch eachother?..”

Beef nodded, “Yehm.”

Beans sucked on his teeth, rubbing his jaw again, his stubble scratching against his hand. “Wonder where Paul is…”

Beef opened just the right half of his mouth, his shoulder whipping around a bit more frequent now, “Wherever ‘e is… God bless ‘im.”

Meaty kicked the cabin door open, a weapon in each hand, as well as a belt with a holster around his waist. He dropped a Mossberg 500 in Beans’ lap, the end of the barrel was rusting very slightly, and the once matte black grip was grayed where Beans’ hands had been wrapped around it for the past thirty years. A scoped Springfield 1903 landed in Beef’s lap, as well as an unmarked small cardboard box full of 30-06 rounds. Beef stood slowly, only using his left arm as help as his right arm was preoccupied with shaking around.

Meaty patted Beef on the back, “See you after we get Peck to fuck off. Cover us from the hill I reckon.”

Meaty pointed up the hill on the opposite side of the cabin. Beef didn’t respond verbally, but grabbed Meaty’s hand, shaking it with his shaky grip, looking into his eyes and giving him a single nod.  Beans looked down at his Mossberg, cocking his head to the side. Beans slowly stood, pulling his Mossberg 500 shotgun up with him. From the trees, men armed with bolt action hunting rifles and handguns of various sorts, and about 5 of them, all of them were adult men from the hunting community down the hill.

A man in a camouflage baseball cap pushed his way to the front of the group, he wore a blue T-shirt as well as dirty and torn jeans and old work boots. He hoisted a Mosin Nagant rifle over his shoulder. “You shitbags, where the fuck is your brother.”

Meaty pinched one of his nostrils shut, shooting some snot from his opposite nostril, “Went down the cliff to explore.”

Peck looked disgustedly at Meaty, bringing the rifle off his shoulder and letting it fall at his side. “Sure he isn’t just in town eating people?”

Beans took a deep breath, digging his foot and peg leg into the dirt, “The only flesh we been eatin’ recently is your girlfriends sweet sweet meat sheets, y’hear? We stopped that shit years ago.”

Peck threw his rifle to the dirt, stepping forward, “Open your mouth again, old man.”

Beans lowered his head, coughing dryly, “I said your girlfriend’s a whore, Mister Peck.”

Peck started for Beans, in a fast walk. As he neared, Beans quickly raised his Mossberg, Peck’s forehead pressing against the cold and rusty barrel of Beans’ shotgun. At once, all of the townspeople raised their rifles. Meaty unclipped his holster, pulling his Glock but keeping it by his side. “Ay, why don’tchall just fuck on off back to town, we’ll handle your herpes problem.”

Peck turned, swinging his fist into Meaty’s  jaw. Beans stepped back, keeping his aim on Peck. Meaty growled in anger, raising his Glock into the air and slamming the butt of the handle against the top of Peck’s head, causing him to fall to the ground, stunned. Beans stepped forward, swinging his combine-booted foot into the side of Peck’s head. “Fucking maggot!”

One of the men from the group stepped forward, his rifle trained on Meaty. “Get the fuck away from him and maybe we won’t kill you.”

Meaty smiled, throwing his arms out, “Pillburg! How you doin’, how’s the wife and kids.”

The male shook his head, “Shut the fuck up. Get up Peck, let’s go get the other one while he’s alone.”

Beans stepped forward as Peck sat up, his head bleeding heavily. The dirty combine boot found itself pressed up against the upper portion of Peck’s chest, “You ain’t going nowhere, pussy.”

Pillburg edged forward, his finger finding its way onto his rifle’s trigger. “I’ll shoot you… don’t think I won’t…”

Meaty nodded, “I know you can, but so can Beef.”

Meaty’s gaze shifted from Pillburg to the hillside, though he couldn’t see Beef, he put a thumbs up towards the hill. A loud crack broke the birds’ chirps and the woodpeckers’ beating on the trees. Pillburg fell to the side, a large, round entry hole visible in the side of his head. Peck whimpered on the ground, the remaining four gunmen edging forward, guns kept at Meaty and Beans.

One of the older men turned himself for the hill that the shot came from, looking around carefully, “Holy shit…”

Meaty licked his lips, eying the other three gunmen, Glock aimed down at Peck’s head. “Get… the fuck… out.”

Beans grabbed Meaty’s collar as the men edged closer and closer every few moments. He said in a low voice, “Do it from behind cabin…”

Beans and Meaty turned, sprinting behind the cabin and slamming against the wall, Beans leaned against the log exterior of the cabin, while Meaty kneeled at his feet, peeking around the corner. A single shot splintered the wood alongside the cabin, Meaty snapped his head back, but kept sight on Peck, sticking his Glock from cover carefully. Another shot splintered the wood just below his arm. As one of Peck’s comrades began hoisting him to his feet, Meaty pulled the trigger a total of four times, three of the shots tearing through Peck’s abdomen, the fourth whizzing by his comrade.

Another loud crack wailed from the hillside, and just as the gunman dropped Peck’s limp body, a shot knocked him to the dirt on his chest, blood gathering in the fibers of the back of his red, gray and brown camouflage shirt.

Beans sighed, coming from cover and firing a shot at a gunman advancing on the corner of the cabin slowly. Most of the buckshot upturned the dirt, but multiple pellets hit his feet and ankles, causing him to wail in pain and fall to his back. Beans took aim at the next gunman, pulling the trigger after pumping the shotgun. The buckshot shredded his wife beater, tossing him to the ground, dead. He pumped the shotgun once more, walking towards the downed fighter. He hovered over the struggling gunman, pushing the barrel of the shotgun against his forehead and pulling the trigger.

Beans turned towards the final gunman who had turned from Beef’s position. The gunman raised his Remington 870, firing. The slug hit Beans in the chest, nearly dead center. Beans was tossed to the ground, his Mossberg at his side. He was dead before he hit the ground. Meaty came from cover after watching his brother. He raised the Glock, pulling the trigger a single time before getting hit in the stomach by a slug himself. His shot had hit the gunman in the abdomen. Meaty fell on his side, crying out in pain and clenching his wound.

Upon the hill, Beef pulled the trigger once more, the round nailing the final gunman in his back. An eerie silence followed, and soon after the silence, the birds began chirping and the woodpeckers began working. Beef made his way down the hill, falling next to Beans, crying. Meaty groaned, raising his hand. Beef lifted up his head, ceasing his crying. He rushed to his brother’s side, turning him onto his back and pressing on the wound. “I-I’ll get you help b-brother..”

Meaty clenched his eyes shut, gritting his tooth, “N-no need…”

Beef kept his hands against the wound, sobbing, “Don’t leave me alone… don’t leave me alone…”

Meaty’s lower jaw twitched as he slowly faded into death.  Beef never ceased to remove his hands from the wound, sitting there some time after Meaty had passed before finally removing his hands from the wound. He began crying once more, letting his head fall on Meaty’s chest.

The cold iron of a gun pressed against the back of Beef’s head, “Say hi to your brothers for me…”

Beef lifted his head a bit, sniffling. Before he could turn around to attack the unknown gunman, the trigger was pulled. Beef fell on top of his younger brother. The gunman slid his .357 S&W back into its holster, turning on his heel and starting off for the town once more, carefully placing coins on the eyelids of each of the other townspeople as he went along.

OTA-whatsit- He would probably be show down while piloting a heli during a resistance counter bombardment.
Consul Pierce Cullen- He would sit patiently in his desk, waiting for the resistance to make their way up to his office. If he couldn't coerce them into letting him live, then he would die in his chair with no regrets.
Houngan Bambara Ge-rouge would end up becoming a witch doctor of sorts in a local camp, the small civilizations that would pop up before City Life was brought back.
Alfred and his Operator- They wouldn't fight alongside the rebels, mosmt likely slide back into hiding, although some camps would see a strange little robot wheeling around in the plains on occasion.
Price Masterson- He would teach the resistance members the proper way to utilize rifles, and end up helping them from behind the lines, eventually casting away his balaclava and walking off, never to be seen again.
423- He would cast aside his uniform and attempt to assist the rebellion, due to the fact his medical know-how could be of assistance.
My Vorts- Both would end up assisting with the Rebeliion in any possible way they could.
CONSCRIPT- He would sit in the Nexus, and upon release, would be of no use to the Rebellion, so he would probably be cast aside.
Reaver-((If he hadn't been executed) He would have continued to rally resistance bands together, calling for unity rather than seperate encampments. If he survived the fighting he would have played a key role in reinstating life within cities, setting up Governments again. In the rebuilt City 45, he would advocate the abolishment of any Police Forces for quite some time, due to the fact that they would seem so much like the old Units.

I've created a story about Catherine in her interviews after the victory of the rebellious actions. In CG canon, she is interviewed by a fellow rebellious unit (no not CCA or anything like that) whose a journalist. Her last interview was three years ago, making her 22.

Simon Reilly:

Having recovered from his depression and alcohol addiction, Simon would resume his proffesional medical career, this time as an administrator and lecturer. After several years of prominent medical advancements under his watch, he'd eventually die of health complications resulting from his burns, liver damage from his excessive drinking, and cancer from his smoking habits before the war.

Ali Ezra

Her being one of the few children to survive the 7-Hour-War, Ali would become a prominent novelist and poet, who would achieve marginal fame and wealth as a result of her critically acclaimed novels. She'd marry in her late 20s, and return from writing in her 30s to settle down and raise a family with her husband.

The Hound

Her obvious mental imperfections would result in her placement in a mental home, where her primal instincts would eventually get the better of her. Inside the hospital, she'd insue a killing spree, butchering 8 patients, 3 doctors, and 4 police officers with her barehands before being shot down during a police assault.

Layla 'Razors' Blackburn

After the war, Layla would begin an underground group devoted to using CCA archives to track and kill loyalists, CWU members, Administrators, CCA units, and even Overwatch Agents. After her mission is more or less complete, she would take up work for a security and private investigation firm, doing sidework by electronically robbing immoral individuals who profited after the war. Finally, after reaching a significant budget, she'd retire entirely, and to somewhere in Europe.
