In-Character Chat Board

Simple suggestion. A board where people can have discussions that aren't server-related from an in-character point-of-view of a character of their own choosing, as long as it's original.

What exactly do you mean?  We already have the IC Board in HL2RP as well as the Dark Souls RP board in Forum Games.  What would this new board have that the others don't?

Pretty much what Hazard said.
We already have an IC board for HL2RP and a board for DaS roleplay. If you mean something that's not HL2RP-related, I'm not sure. You could either make a topic in Forum Games or ask someone to add a subsection there.

Think of it as something like an RP gamemode, but a forum board rather than a server. Literally a board where you RP as a completely different character from anyone you play on the servers.

In other words, a Forum RP board?  It could work, but I feel the same thing can be done in Forum Games like it is now with Vegas' RTD thread.
