Unbanned , Then Banned *Cant make appeal, *username not linked

Okay, So Im a member of ORCP. And 2 days ago i got banned for killing the mayor (Im not a minge) so I got banned  waited 2 days..Now im unbanned. so i go on the server. BAM Banned for 7 days for "Massive Rdm" *note there was only 2 people on the server, Both are admins  So i couldnt even kill anyone. And im making a support fourms because for some reason when i logged into the website i was logged on as someone else, Now i dont know how to fix it. And i cannot make ban appeals On this regaurding my situation. My in game name is ?d®¡?? . so can you please unbann me for I have not done anything wrong other than my first and only offense. thanks Broski.

Can you explain us a bit more about this issue? Can you login as your own account? What is your own account's name, profile link, steamID.
