Title: Ban request Rule idea

i notice some people edit their evidence in videos and photos  what do you think of a rule meaning that you cant modify the evidence so the person posting the ban request cant hide what they did wrong.

There's chat logs which will most likely always be looked up using the images as keywords, besides, you can't really force someone not to edit a video, you don't want to stick with 30 minutes of raw footage, do you?
