I think I'm getting it once I get my paycheck.  Not sure...  Seems like the X-Ray Camera may get old, but that's just me.

I remember reading a series called Left Behind.  It was pretty neat to read.

So yeah, I have a channel that I have videos uploaded to.  This ranges from a walkthrough of an abstract combat map, a musical array of weapons and a beat-spouting jeep, and a fun trailer I messed around with for a favorite gamemode I like.

General Discussion / Serious Sam
« on: April 25, 2012, 02:06:09 AM »
Okay, so I discovered a nice gem that a lot in my friends list seem to have never heard of. Serious Sam.
Serious Sam was developed by Croteam and Devolver Digital, and even after having made Serious Sam: First Encounter and Serious Sam: Second Encounter, they go back and update them to their Serious Engine 3. There is a Serious Sam 2 that uses the Serious Engine 2, but I felt it parted from the original style of Serious Sam: First and Second Encounter. A bit ago they released Serious Sam 3: BFE (Before First Encounter). This new addition runs on their Serious Engine 3.5, which is pretty much better graphics, level design, and more gore.

Not sure if anyone else has it or heard of it, just figured it was cool to play and still play, having gotten the games recently.

Anyways, if you like running around in side-strafing circles to avoid 30 or so enemies charging you at once while you are loaded up on ammo and big guns, it's pretty damn fun. There is hardly any cover and you have to rely on constantly picking up ammo and health (which I kinda like). Boss fights are of course included.

I remember starting out playing Garry's Mod like... 4 years back.  I would log to a roleplay server on gm_construct, launch myself to a building, and start sniping and watching people kill each other down there over who did what.

I don't know if it's me, but people seem to like the Robot Wars in GMR, heheh.

Thank you, I'll be sure to keep that in mind.

I also hope to be donating 15 dollars for VIP in the near future.

Hello fellows!  I spent a while on GMR before deciding to register (I'm a GMR addict).  I write, draw, and mess with games a bit such as modding games with new scripts (I've yet to create my own).

Before I start, calling me gay is NOT an insult, but more a fact.  I'm a furry, and I'll leave it at that.  My main gaming interests are racing, shooters, and puzzles.

I'm sorta working on a recent drawing that I'll post later, it's still on paper and yet to scan it.

If you ever catch me on GMR, give me a heads up, I'm not that bad of a guy to talk to (Or chat in here, I check the forums).
