Adam Johnson's Civil Authority Application

IC Character Name: Adam Johnson
1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
My character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority for many reasons, for one, my character is fully convinced that the Combine Civil Authority and the entire Universal Union have won the war, and have taken over, making the civilisation a happier, and easier place to live in.
My character will be a fine fresh recruit, ready for training and work. As a CCA, I will be prepared to take action to any order / command given to me by a higher ranking unit, and will consider the laws of the City45 Universal Union, and shall be prepared to do any kind of task which is given to me by a higher ranked unit.
He will only do as commanded by a higher ranked unit when and if I get accepted into the Combine Civil Authority, such as training, patrols and ration give-outs.
He will not abuse any command or authority in which is given to him, and will absolutely 100% concentrate when given an order or command during my recruits training.
He also wants to join the Combine Civil Authority due to the fact that he has had enough of Anti-citizen behaviour and none-civilised citizens, Adam believes he has the courage and strength to keep the city clean from these uncivilised civilians and is prepared to take it to the max to protect the civilisation.
2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)
My character is very loyal, he wouldn't disobey any commands and would even end his life for the safety and civilisation of the Universal Union.
My character is also very patient, he will wait for any orders, and will not rush a higher ranked units order over radio chat.
My character is Intelligent, he knows radio commands and all facts and information to do with City45 and the Universal Union.
3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
I have had much experience with being a CCA, on many server such as Ration-Gaming, Cyrus-Gaming and DeadlyRPS. I know many radio commands, and it shall not be anything too new for me OOC. However, for my character, Adam Johnson, it will be an entirely new experience, and he will be prepared for the worst, best and any orders given to him. As Adam used to be a Physical Educational teacher back before the 7-hour war, he is hard and good at shouting, ordering, and taking orders, commands and requirements.
My character understands that it will be no easy run, and is prepared for punishment for possibly and unlikely disobeying an order or running through a training session incorrect or wrong.
4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
Adam came from a working class family before the war, when he was a child. His mother died at child birth, which in a way made Adam man up in a way. His father was a farmer, and taught Adam many hunting techniques and tricks related to fire arms. Adam did extremely well at school, including his examinations, Adam scored 90% A's and A*'s during his Exams, and succeeded in his school life.
When Adam finished high school, he moved to one of the finest Universities in the world, Oxford. During Adams time in the fine university of Oxford, Adam continued to study warfare and the causes, aspects and reasons. Adam became very keen on joining the armed forces as a high ranked marine, and decided to join the US Marine core. As he succeeded well in the Marines, he got 3 promotions in a course of 2 years, as a Private First Class, team leader and squad organiser, he travelled out to Iraq and Afghanistan, where he got over 50 confirmed enemy kills. However, the great war came. As the military got destroyed, Adam realised that he was on the wrong side, and that the true rulers and civilised "People" were the Combines themselves. As Adam realised that he was on the wrong side, Adam surrendered and exited the U.S Marines, living in City 16 for a year, although, the city did not have good enough protection, not enough Civil Workers, and too much Anti-Citizen activity. Adam chose to transfer to one of the finest urban centres in the new world, City 45. Adam has remained in City 45 his remaining years, and now he has lived a calm, clean and civilised life in the apartments. Now, he believes is ready to join the Universal Union, as a part of the Combine Civil Authority, for City 45. And as for Adams father, his where-about's are unknown, and Adam has left that past behind.
5) Have you ever had a CCA character here at Catalyst Gaming? If so, explain why it was removed.
I have not ever received CCA on CG.

At least a year, and around 900-1300 hours of "In-game" time on Open Aura servers.

Ration-Gaming, a commander in the combine civil authority get's shot and killed by a city administrator himself. Due to the fact that the commander has been beating lower ranked CCA Units and threatened to kill and OTA-KING.

I have never been detained by the Combine Civil Authority, and never plan to be.

I do, whenever the distribution is open.
3. Are you willing to give your life to the cause of the Universal Union?
I am willing to give my life to the cause of the Universal Union.
4. Do you as a Citizen and future Civil Protection Member accept ALL actions performed by you and those under your command as your OWN responsibility?

I want to join the Combine Civil Authority because I believe I can make City45 A better, smarter, more organised and more socialised society.
As a long time member of the Urban Centre City45, I know every corner and short-cut around the city, and I am prepared to do any cause suitable to bring safety, and harmony to our civilisation.

I, Adam Johnson hereby swear my mind, body and soul to the Universal Union forever so long as I draw breath. I do so knowing that my actions will be held accountable to me and solely myself. I also declare my knowledge that as a Member of The Universal Union that I will be required to perform tasks above and beyond as well as perform ANY task ordered to by ANY commanding person(s). I hereby acknowledge the fact that as a Civil Protection Task-force Unit that I will be losing most, if not all, communication and or past relationship with anyone outside of the Universal Union's operational bounds.
