For my own enjoy meant I want to open City 18 and Screw with it in hammer But I don't know how to open a .bsp file in hammer. any help?

You have to use a decompiler. If you're gonna decompile, use one of valves maps. Any other author you should check if they allow editing or contact them first.

Okay, So I made a large map and not all the map is "loading" when I am a distance away form it unloads and so when I Compile it into a .bsp I doesn't have that section.

And when I load the map shadow don't load and all Reflective have the Black and Purple checker on it.

You should probably follow some tutorials and learn the very basics and important things you need to know.
