I've actually decided to pick this back up, I don't know the details of how much I'll change it now, but I will definitely make it night time.

Nice pictures. They look really nice but I have to agree, if you can't have a cycle I would do just night because the day is just too happy.

Alright, personally day and night cycle is quite the feature, and these maps would turn out great from what I've seen. I'd go for it.
