City 11 may be new for the community, but it's no where near new for a HL2RP community. I've used it many times and believe me it get's old quick, but I'm happy for a change for the community. I'm mainly happy with any map that is detailed and look's good on the eyes, because RP is not based on the people you RP with it's based on your performance and willingness to overlook small things.

City 11 is a really nice map, however there are some times I feel annoyed about, one is theres not really an overwatch, the GRID room is tiny and dark and useless(I presume its a GRID room). I do like the scanner room though ^.^, the nova and apex rooms are great!

Plus there is no training room that I can see. Either way I voted for C11 mainly for the fresh appeal ;p

It sounds like you were playing on the wrong version of City 11.
