[7/1/2011] Global Update

OCRP Updates:
- Jails optimized
- Admin features added
- Day/Night script added.
- Suits. These will only display in the gold members KFC menu.
- Shrooms. These are not working yet but you can buy them from the drug dealer.
- Map changed to Evocity v33x (Download here) Thanks goes to Frosty, Crap-Head, and everyone else who helped in the integration process.
- SQL moved to new site.
(One small error is a few doors are messed up.  Should be fixed in the next update.)

HL2RP Updates:
- Integrated into forums
- Donation benefits are now fully automatic. You will get your flags on creating a new character. The token bonus will be added to the first character you load. Will only work for people who donated after this update or never joined the server before.
- CWU menu optimized
- Scoreboard hopefully fixed for UCA
- SQL moved to new site.

Deathrun Updates:
- FastDL fixed
- SQL moved to new site.

Harbor RP Update:
- SQL moved to new site.

Site Update:
- New host

Please note that we were unable to complete all the updates tonight so more will be released over the next few days to even better your CG experience.

Let me know if anything is screwy, major updates usually have one or two things that will be.

*cough* the messed up doors are my fault. By accident I copyied a vector into the wrong section and just so you know if you try finding that vector of the door you can't because the vector is slightly different, however it makes no difference as the permissions are the same.

One way to do it is redo all the gov and public doors, (theres only afew any way)

ow in sh_map.lua near the bottom theres a script that replaces them, just go through that small script and adjust it so that it works.
