This is a mapping question. I've been asked to help solve a low FPS problem on one of the servers I administrate on... the map is a varient of stalker_prypiet. It currently uses render fox... but that does not help much with FPS... any suggestions?

So I have this 1994 Chevy Silverado. The wheels need buffed out and polished because some D-bag (old owner) took a high speed to them and messed up the aluminum that they are made of... Like, ruined it. I have to go and redo them with sand paper... any ideas on how to make this process easier and less painfull?

Not saying the current forum layout is bad or anything. But why not change up the visuals a little? Spruce it up and make it look a lot cleaner. Ideas?

So, I recently re-found neuro weapons systems. This would be a cool idea for some sort of server that would have naval combat, tank combat, infantry combat and aircraft combat. These vehicles are not laggy unless you count the explosive effects. They look good, work good too... yet the only real downside to these addons is the size of the download. My bet is you could use some custom gamemode or darkrp or something as base. Add in a ranking up system, start as infantry with rifle and RPG and then you move on to the first of two classes, tanks and planes. So, regarding a drug thread recently made that seems to be working finally... they seem to think that we need to buff police. In my opinion I completely agree. I think these things should be added.
Supply Van - The GMC TDM Vendura with some sort of swat skin and a supply crate in back that acts like a locker. This will contain ammo and weapons the mayor has bought for the city. You can also take confiscated weapons and put them in the crate, this in return will give the city money. Any VIP+ can spawn this VAN.
Weapons - If we need a buff... more variety to weapons. Such as swat/police snipers, shot gunners, machine gunners... things you would find any police force in the US to have, seeing as how OCRP is based in the US. Some sort of way for the mayor to designate and promote a police officer to the rank and have them have the weapons.
Riot shield - If not already added... its been so long I would not know. But we need a riot shield for the SWAT. It will be bullet proof.
Flash bangs - Derp, self exploratory.
Better looking night stick...
Some sort of small RC vehicle thing... like the army use to defuse bombs possibly? This would be good for sneaking into buildings. It would be able to explode/die... not killing people though. It would be small enough to fit into places but not too small as to not be seen.

So, new cars where released that I think should be added, TDM has new trucks in the ford pack and the GMC pack. SGM has a new ambulance. Go download the SVN or the things from workshop, they look amazing. Well, there is a war RP server out there called Battlefield rp... not saying this is a rp server though... Had an idea for something like TDM using scars, WAC and some sort of weapon pack... you probably are thinking "ded in weak" well... it is a gamble yes... but to be honest, there are not many servers if any out there like the one I am proposing to you. It would consist of either 2-4 factions, all classes are randomly picked to the player, along with commander position that can spawn the gear for the troops. He commands the troops too. On either side, there will be a commander and lower ranking troops. There could be many theaters of this game mode, such as WW2, Modern day, Vietnam and so fourth. Think of the fun that could be had with this.

You guys accepted the suggestion before I could get on and make this.
We use the Vendura Van as a police supply vehicle, it will carry the supply box that currently spawns in Nexus lobby. It should be spawned like a regular cruiser, yet you have to either be a Sargent or higher to spawn it. You will be able to access ammo and weapons that have been bought for the police through this equipment box in the back of the van. Also, when and if we get new guns, make it so the police can have a single shot m16 rifle that can be equipped from the box.
So yeah.... good stuff, pretty much a supply van that can be spawned by a single officer. or something like that.
