I was playing tonight an got disconnected so I went on and did a phew things and came back and all my stuff was gone. All my money, items, and skills were gone.

This isn't possible, have you tried rejoining? Your items/cars/skills/money are stored in a database and it's almost impossible for it to simply reset you.

I just tried reconnecting and everything is still gone.

Was just a SQL problem. If this happens in the future, have a admin reboot the server.
