Title: I still have admin permissions in the ban appeals and requests section

For some reason I can still modify posts/move the thread/etc etc in both the ban appeals and ban requests boards, but not in the admin complaints or any other sections~~

Secondary groups. HL2RP administrator to be exact as secondary group. Cannot be removed via the forums (been like this for a while, pls fix Somone77 :))

Anyways, removed access via the database. Confirm that its removed please :)
