Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
The story is told in three parts.
Part one is a narration of Understanding how to cook, and how to use a Knife.
Part two is a short story on how he learned Parkour.
Part three is a Synopsis on how he learned Basic Hand to Hand, and how to shoot/

Part one: AUTHS-Cooking, Knives.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Today William, I'm going to teach you how to use the Carving Knife." His boss told him, on his seventh day at work at the local Greek Grocery. He was only fifteen, and he already was working his first job. Excitedly, he hopped over the counter, and began to learn his work.
"Will, Don't do that."
"Do what?" He instantly snaps to damage control.
"Don't hop over the counter. Very dangerous."
"A..Allright...."
"Let's begin." The owner, Mike, drew a large, sharp knife from a leather holding case on the counter.
He flips the blade, catching it on the top, at the metal side. He offers it to Will.
Will accepts the blade, wrapping his fingers around the grip, spreading them, and resting his thumb on the blade, at the top of the hilt.
"You grip the blade wrong. Move your thumb down, and close your fingers."
He adjusts, and grips the blade properly.
"Good, now, when cutting the gyro, you slice down, and away. Never, /never/, slice up or towards you. This is a bad idea."
Will slides the blade down along the meat, making a thick, clumsy cut.
"It's...a start...." His boss says, as william practices more.
After weeks of practice and hard work, William honed his skills with the knife. He could create the finest, thin cuts of gyro. And he moved on, mastering the motions of chopping, and stabbing. He could create the best Salads with grace and ease.

He however, was not only learning cutting skills, but cooking skills.
"Will, you need to learn how to fry."
"It's easy, right?"
"It can be. It can also be easy to mess up." Mike walks up to a deep fryer, and flips it on. Soon afterwards, the oil is hot and bubbling. While this happens, he walks to the freezer, and shows William around.
"Here you can find everything you need. Today, we will be working with Waffle fries. Cooking waffle fries is simple, you simply fill the frying tray, Drop it in the oil, and wait for 4 minutes."
"Allright, not too hard."
"While that cooks, I will teach you how to make a Chicken Parmesan sandwich. This is also rather easy."
"Okay, let's start!"
"First, you must put some chicken in the fryer. This is the same as the Waffle fries. Insert, wait. Step two, you must take a hero roll, and cut it."
William pulls a roll from the shelf, puts it on a plate, and cuts it open expertly, leaving a "Tie" at the end.
"Coat the hero in cheese and sauce, than put it in the microwave for two minutes."
William does so, pressing the proper preset on the microwave.
"Good, now we wait. Don't forget to check the chicken and make sure it is't raw after it's done cooking."
He cuts the nugget open at the widest point, on the largest one.
"Any pink, and it goes back in. After that, It's just assembly."
Will takes the chicken, and puts it on the hero, he closes the bun, moves it over, and pours the waffle fries next to it.
"Good job, You've learned how to cook."
Will grinned, and brought the sandwich to the front.

Three weeks after his first lesson, His boss moved him onto a second.
"Allright William, you can slice, and you can chop. You now need to learn how to use your knife as not only a tool, but an extension of yourself."
"What do you mean?"
"A knife can be used for all kinds of things, not just cutting. Pick up the Ceratted knife on the counter, there."
He picks up the knife, and looks it over.
"It's not too complicated, use it to cut that roll."
He, without saying a word, cuts the roll perfectly in half, as if making a sandwich.
"Good, now try the tomato."
"Okay..."
He tries to cut the tomato, and turns it into a goopy mess.
"That didn't work."
"No, it Didn't. You need the right tool for the job."
Mike then grabs a smooth-bladed, freshly sharpened knife.
"Use this for soft things. Like, the gyro meat, or tomatoes. Use the Cerrated blade for harder things, like rolls and Lettuce."
"Allright, moving on?"
"You've learned all I can teach you, good luck, Will."
Will smiles, and spins the smooth-blade in his hand, he stabs it into the table. It vibrates as he lets go

Part 2: AUTHS- Freerunning
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Oh It'll be fun." Amanda said, as she dangled her toes over the edge.
"I don't know....I'm worried about....Falling."
"Don't worry, you'll be okay.""
"Er...."
"C'mon, Will!" Amanda said as she jumped off the side of the building...
Amanda and William had been going out for one year, They were juniors in college, and Amanda was a Free-runner. She was finally taking Will on an excursion along the city rooftops.
"Woah!" Will shouted, as Amanda landed on the next roof over, and rolled, to get rid of excess energy from the fall.
"Now your turn, it's not too hard, give it a try."
Will decides, "Fuck it." and jumps. He lands, knees bent, on the other roof.
"Good job, but you need to learn to roll, or all that speed is gone. Okay?"
Will nods, as he is taught how to roll.
"It's simple, just let your arms out, and lean forward. When your hands make contact, bend your head left and relax your elbows. You should land towards your shoulder, but if you roll, the shock will be spread along your shoulder, back, and butt. Not painful, at all then. If you remember physics class, More energy over more surface area over more time equals less effect. After that, use the momentum to hop to your feet, and continue running. Simple, right?"
"Yeah!" Will shouts. He hops onto a vent, and tries again. Down he goes, and he flunks horribly, ending up on his back, in incredible hand and leg pain.
"Oh my god! Hahaha!" Amanda bursts out laughing at his display. "A little more practice first, 'Eh?"
"Yeah..."
And so, they continued their freerun practice.
"Theres a lot more to running than just jumping and rolling. You need to know how to maneuver your body."
"Okay."
"Try to hop over that banister."
Will jumps into the air, and plants a hand on the banister. His downward momentum is onto the banister, he gets over, but he's stopped at the other side.
"See the problem? You're wasting energy. It's all about forward momentum. If your moving forward, you will spread your energy throughout a larger surface area. Less impact for you, and you maintain your momentum once your up. Try again."
"Allright." Will, this time, sprints for the barrier, than repeats the motion. He has flung himself over, and he continues running, than he jogs back.
"I see what you mean, amanda!"
"Good, now try the roll again. This time, don't run. Start at the ground, Kneel. Put your left hand under your front, right foot. Make sure your elbow is on the Inside of your knee, and try to preform the roll."
He tries again, and rolls, over his shoulder and back, into a kneel again.
"Good job! Same thing, standing, hold your hands out, kinda like a handstand, but bend your elbows on contact. Don't forget, head to the left."
He goes, and he rolls. His head does not touch the ground, and the impact is spread between his back, shoulders, and legs.
"Again, Great Job! Now try the building."
He gulps. "T-The building?"
"Yes, go on now."
He stands at the edge, after climbing the stairs again, out of breath. He pants, paces a couple times, builds up some nerve, and goes for it. He runs to the edge, and Jumps...
He flies over the gap between the building, midair, he twists his body out flat, like he was flying. Near impact, he tilts forwards, arms extended. His arms touch the ground, and he instantly bends them, his shoulder connects, and he rolls, down his back, across his legs, and he tucks, and extends, up onto his feet.
...He lands, a perfect roll.
"Great job, Will! Now, we run."
They both set off into the sunset, across the rooftops of the city.

Part 3-AUTHS:Hand to Hand, Shooting.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Years after freerunning with Amanda, Will and Amanda went their seperate ways. They realised they weren't made for each other, and they should no longer be together. Details, details, for another date. One thing will did see though, was all the horrible things that happen in  a city. It's very different from a rooftop, windows are much more visible, and alleys are suddenly streets, and streets are suddenly alleys. Will knew, there was a lot of bad in the world, and he wanted to be prepared for it.
"Welcome to World Tae-Kwon-Doe", The sign read as he walked in. He stepped forward to the desk, and spoke to the old looking asian man sitting there. He discussed his will to learn to fight. The man told him he was too old for a place like this. He told him to go somewhere else, one of those military courses. Will insisted, he said he had to learn to fight. The man had no choice, so he accepted.
Will began in a class for 'White belts.' It was filled with five year olds, and was clearly an exercise in 'self-esteem.' What will liked to call, ego-boosters, ruining the generation under him. He 'earned' his way up to yellow and green, and by the time he reached blue, the Asian man at the desk took pity on him.
The man he now knew as "Master Wou" began teaching him hand to hand combat, for real. "Master Wou" was a Tae Kwon Doe Seventh Don Blackbelt. He knew, just about all there was too know, about fighting. He took him under his wing, and the first thing he did was got rid of the silly 'Blue' belt the man was wearing.  He said "These ranks are for the children, you will learn properly." And so he began, he learned his way through how to fight. Blocks, Kicks, and Punches, was where he began. By the time he was finished, he could turn your own punch against you, in very many ways. Though, he was nowhere as experienced as "Master Wou", whom could take a simple punch, and somehow, have you find yourself on the wall, in immense pain all over your body.
While he learned hand to hand combat, he was trained in riflery and shooting. He took a basic hunters saftey course, and learned how to operate and shoot a gun. For him, it was much easer than fighting. Just, basic instruction. Your finger remains off the trigger when you are not shooting, it does not lower to the trigger untill you fire. Keep your arms steady when sighting your rifle. When using 'iron-sights', your shot will end up slightly above the tip of your sights. Aim for that. Your sights are ligned up when the three dots make a straight line. Anything else, you are not accurate. To load the weapon, insert a magazine, and chamber a round. To chamber a round, either draw or drop the bolt. If you draw the bolt, your 'Heating up.' the gun. If you are dropping the bolt, you have already fired, the bolt was back, and your gun is now 'Hot.' When you have a hot firearm, you are to aim only down the range. Make sure your weapons are cold, Bolts locked open, magazines out, before you turn them away from the range. And most importantly, /never/ point one at another person.  Will figured, all of this is useful, except that last part. He was considering buying a handgun of his own, when the world pretty much, began to end.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
Perks
I'll have the upper hand in a fight
If I join the CCA, I'll know how to shoot and fight.
If i ever get my hands on a knife, I certainly know how to use it.
If I ever need to cook food for myself, I can.

Defects
If i cook something thats posinous, like, mabye heating up Citizens Suppliments poisons you, than I could be in trouble.
If i use a knife, I could cut myself, or get cut.
My skills could make me a target.
People could annoy me to learn these things, that's no fun.
If i do decide to cook something, it could get me in trouble with the CCA.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
I want to improve the roleplay of others around me. Freerunning through P3 could be interesting.
I want to be able to better defend my character from the dangers of day to day life in the city.
I could cook up a storm, and feed the hungry!

Will anyone else need these auths? (If so, list OOC and IC name(s))
No.

Which server does this apply for?
City

Extra Notes (optional):
Recently denied for 'permaban.' Please reconsider.

Half-Life 2 Roleplay / Re: What I think of most CCA 05's and Recruits
« on: August 26, 2012, 01:21:43 PM »
I agree with BAMF, of course. But, ya know.... What it is, it is. Unfortunatley, Because of what happend with my recruits, I'm pretty much being labled as FailRP and a shit player by people who havn't really met me in game. But, if i can be an experiment case, to help the CmD and UED get more of a balance on how they should treat 'Croots, than, I'm fine with that. I'll just prove the haters wrong when we meet in-game. XP

However, to stick up for some of the Trainers, 050 (Khubajsn) Is on just about every day, from 4AM to 12PM EST USA. And, he's probably the best trainer ever. I took Specalised review Twice, and Final Review once. Never, Ever, did i get under an A.

And, regarding BMs, BMs need an overhaul.
BMs are for fuck ups, not for general wrong-doings.

Of the 3 BMs i got on 074, One of them was legit. ONE.
BM1: 404 saw me climbing on his setup to examine it. What he did: BM.  What the response should be: IC talking to, and re-education if hes real pissed.

BM2: I was caught supervising a CONSCRIPT alone while it cleaned detention. What was done: BM. What should have been done: BM. This is a major fuckup, life thretaning. For sure. That deserved a BM.

BM3: KMP Caught me not /meing my actions in the RDT. What he did: BM  What the response should have been: An OOC talking to, after rations. A 3-5 day Character Ban, if felt appropriate. This is FailRP, so yeh.

Instead of handing out BMs for major fuckups, they're handed out for BREATHING. What officers need to remember, is that BMs are LIFE THREATNING. Your handing DEATH to a unit, when you give them a BM. There needs to be a better way to teach units they've fucked up. Like, an IC Re-education, or spending time in Treatment. Whatever, you figure it out. Also, I've seen more than one unit with Doubled up BMs, IMO, that shit has to stop too. That, is absoloutley unfair.

What he means is, walk us throgh your characters passed.
Where did your character learn, and give us examples of what your character learned.
Personally, I can vouch for your med RP, it's good, you gave one of my chars surgery. It's all good. But it needs to be seen in your auth app, too. Write them over the period of days. Edit, expand, replace, etcetera.

Events / Re: [Suggestion] So then an advisor comes to visit...
« on: August 25, 2012, 01:18:56 AM »
What do I think would be interesting with this event? Well, firstly, mabye a little while before we somehow see the advisor on the nexus screen, for, whatever reason.

But, more importantly, it should crash, in P3, and then other things should happen. Like, C45 has a lot of lolwebuls, mabye it doesn't like that. And it cleanses P3. Or mabye it floats in front of nexus and goes "You've been a bad, bad city. Behave." Or something. Could be intersting, whoever plays the Advisor.

Half-Life 2 Roleplay / Re: What I think of most CCA 05's and Recruits
« on: August 25, 2012, 01:05:47 AM »
Funny thing, I tried to create this on my Recruit. TWICE. Look where that got me.

But in all seriousness, if you want recruits, 05s, and 04s to act more like inexperienced citizens in uniforms, you need to give them the wiggle room.

Walk forwards? Theres the CmD, waiting to Vaporise you. Left Turn? UED, doing their UED things, and ultimatley death. And of course, take a right, and its the lolwebuls. If you hit that north-north-west path, just right, than you move on. We all know which path it is, and how to do it. But if you dont hit it, you die.

William Crest's Civil Authority Application

OOC Name: Tapir!

IC Character Name: William Crest.

1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
William Crest has always been a survivor, in his mind. He's, over his lifetime, gained the skills he needed to make it through his life. Throughout his young life, he was the first in his grade to get a job. He took the time to learn the practices of Shooting and Hand to Hand combat. He learned how to properly navigate an urban terrain, safely, and quickly, more quickly than the streets.

Post-war was no different for him. He saw survivability with the CCA. He saw a force, that although they are very strict and harsh, they are safe. He saw P3, he saw all the dangers of living there. The deaths, the aliens, the monsters. All of it told him "Death." And the CCA, the Order, the Control, it screamed "Survive."

The turning point for his decision, was a display of power by CmD 03109. He proved the Civil Protectors true devotion to the saftey of their city by gunning down an anti-citizen in cold blood. At first, admittedly, he was scared. But soon, he realised how powerful of a display this was, and he realised, he needed to do his part to help.

2) Please detail your characters traits. (Eg, Pure, Lawful, Trustworthy)
Sly-He can think his way out of situations
Confident- He is sure of himself
Intelligent- He knows what's right and wrong for him
Realistic- He knows what to expect

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
For me, i know what it's going to be. I've gone through two recruits, I know what it's like. I'm regretful of how I played with those recruits, I made too many mistakes. I've never had a unit above the rank of RCT. I hope for a third chance, a chance to prove that I can do the CCA. I appologise for any behavior or actions that may have been considired unacceptable when i had my recruits.

My character expects a chance to survive. He knows that the CCA is, safe (Oh boy, he's in for a surprise.) He doesn't expect a free ride, though. He knows about amputation, and he knows he will have to swing the baton and pull the trigger someday. He hopes the CCA will though, offer him something he didn't get as a Citizen. Not just a chance to survive, but a chance to Live.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
Wills life began, like everyone elses, at birth. He was born into a family of great wealth, and great knowledge. He lived in the rich part of his neighborhood, but he went to public school. His parents gave him no allowance, They wanted him to learn and earn on his own. He was the first child in his age-group to get a job. He worked at a Greek Deli/Grocery, where he learned how to cut and cook. He made everything from chopped salads to sandwiches. He would soon find that these skills could become something he could use later in life, not only then, when he was working at the Deli for money. His skills would indeed come to use later on.

As he grew older, he learned about the world around him. He saw the good, and the evil. He ran along the rooftops, with his girlfriend Amanda, and he saw what really happened in the city. He ran along the rooftops, and he witnessed all kinds of things. He saw women get raped, and children get beaten. He saw the awful, awful things a city could do, and he decided he needed to do something. He stepped up, and said he needed to protect himself. He learned how to fight, and he learned how to shoot.  For his best interests, he needed to know how to stop bad things from happening to him. Soon enough, though, he found that the resonance cascade began.

He was lucky enough to be visiting Vienna when it all went down. It began slowly at first. He saw a strider vehicle in the distance, and he ran back to his hotel to hide. As things escalated, he saw the entire city get destroyed, and he watched the tallest building he’d ever seen, taller than anything in the world, be erected in mere minutes. It grew from the ground, like some giant living thing, and spewed out all the terrors of the Combine. He hid as people were killed in the streets, and structures were erected all around him. After this, the building which used to be a hotel, was now Union Civil housing. He was found, and he was moved to the train station. He was issued a CID Card, and told to wait. After a little while, they were let into the city, and so, his adventures began.

5) Have you ever had a CCA character here at Catalyst Gaming?  If so, explain why it was removed.
Yes. Two Recruits. One was killed by UED, one for Three Blackmarks. I think I've learned  a lot from having them, and want a third chance. I will not create a repeat of any past incidences.

6. How old are you?
Seventeen

7. Whats your most memorable quality RP experience?
Like I said in my Last app:
I was playing on a DarkRP server, and there were a bunch of hobos that had set up a prop City. I was the mayor, and I had allowed them to do this. Soon though, they built a wall, and they put catwalks on the wall. They used these catwalks to toss poo at all the People who passed by. Eventually, we got sick of it, so we boxed off their city with clear barricades. They used these to their advantage, hired a weapons dealer, and began harboring criminals and attacking Officers. We engaged a war, and took them down. Soon enough, I was standing on a pedastal, and ordering my force to "Tear down the city." and teach everyone that no deed goes unpunished. It was very reminiscent of The Dark Knight, and it was very fun. After clearing out the city, we banished the hobos to the underground.

8. Do you consider yourself a good listener?
Yes.

I'll have the upper hand in a fight
If I join the CCA, I'll know how to shoot and fight.
If i ever get my hands on a knife, I certainly know how to use it.
If I ever need to cook food for myself, I can.

Defects

If i use a knife, I could cut myself, or get cut.
My skills could make me a target.

If i do decide to cook something, it could get me in trouble with the CCA.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
I want to improve the roleplay of others around me. Freerunning through P3 could be interesting.

I'm hurt that you think i couldn't RP it properly.
The story explains fully, he was in an exclusive training program in the CCA in City28. To describe his entire experience in the training program would take thousands upon thousands of words, to the point that you'd not be willing to read it, and i'm certanly not willing to type it.

And no, there is no rule against knowledge of union technology. there is a rule against knowledge of black mesa, but not of union technology.

And RTLK, I do NOT see what dead recruits has to do with good or bad RP. Of the 5 collective BMs i recieved, ONE of them could be considired ooc. ONE. Because I was TIRED. So seriously, theres no correlation.

Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
Jason Michales was awoken by a loud beep. He opened his eyes slowly, thinking to himself, "Agh crap, another day at work. Fuck this alarm clock." As the beeping grew more rapid, he began to snap to reality, and realize what was going on. "Shit!" He curses out loud, sweeping his hand along the nightstand next to his desk, looking for the plastic firearm he must keep on his person at all times. As the beeping grew more rapid, he could not find it, he frantically swept the drawers, and turned over the stand, pouring its contents onto the ground. It's too late. *BOOM* He ducks, and the door to his bedroom flies open, smashing into the wall inches above his head. Four CCA Officers walk in, wielding MP7s, and a fifth steps through the doors threshold, wielding a shotgun, and wearing a trench coat. "<:: How do you expect to survive for one moment on the street, if you cant keep your firearm with you, at all times, RAT?" The man in the bed is unphased, clearly this has happened to him before. He stares at the 01 and says, "How can I keep my firearm, if you keep stealing it right from my room." A blunt reply is heard. "<:: Don't Like it? Quit." Before the four CCA Officers, Varying in rank, Unload the MP7s on the man, The 01 tosses the plastic USP Match onto Jasons bedspread. He is hit with a flurry of Class 2 Paint Free Si-munition, or Rubber Bullets. The man is wearing no protection, and he is heavily bruised. His screams of pain still cannot be heard over the sound of Four MP7s firing at once. As soon as the officers stop shooting, the man curls up on the bed in pain, and the radio on his nightstand clicks and transmits "<::Confirm 34S?" Moments later, the 01 from earlier is heard saying "<::Just training the RCAOTC 'croot."

**RCAOTC, or Reserve Civil Authority Officers Training Course was an exclusive citizens program, handpicked by the SeC, Recruit applicants in this program are enlisted as the rank of 03 upon completion of the program.**

After the flurry of bullets, the Officers left the man to his buisness. After they left, he spent 5 minutes, no more, on the bed, tending to his wounds. Once completed, he spent the next 10 minutes donning his Medium grade kevlar, with the RCAOTC armband, he however, does not wear a helmet. If a recruit is treated like a Citizen in a uniform, than an RCAOTC recruit is treated like walking dirt. Not only are they a recruit, but they're recruits under the left wing of the SeC. They are often hated, untill they don the 03 badge and melt themselves into the ranks of their division. He sighs, and lifts the metal door off the wall, sliding the hinges back in place, the door designed to be breached and easily replaced. "Another day, another death march" He sighs, as he walks across the catwalk from R-CAO Housing to the Nexus. His day began, as it usually does, with a training session with the first available UNIFORM TrO. After his lesson was complete, He'd attach to his usual day-to-day officer, C25.CCA.GRID-02.556, and observe all tactics first hand, excluding outdoor patrol. He would assist as he could in detention and construction, and he would watch him go about his daily buisness. His day would end in a short Training session with UU.SeC.14028, Learning more hands-on skills specific to RCAOTC, basically, their excuse for the out-of-the-box promotion to 03. He would spend his nights studying the Recruits Manifest, and the 05s 04s and 03s Manifest, making sure he understood everything on the manifests, fully.  His sleep time was only about 2-3 hours per day.

Soon though, this would all draw to an end for him. An Exogen breach, and being trapped in a Train Station would force him away, into City 45, and where he is today.

His day was ending, as all others, with a training session with the SeC. Today, he was supposed to be learning advanced hand to hand, and being introduced to GRID High Command. Instead, they ended up conversing in the Garage, while 556 repaired a Scanner, Grumbling at their Conversation. "<::Are you saying that we should add more patrols to the city streets, Recruit?" "No, No, sir.  What I'm saying is we need to overhaul the process, something should be done to change the /way/ patrols are done."  556 Grumbled at the idle conversation this man was making with the SeC. It showed that RCAOTC was really just the SeCs friends club, and nothing more. "<:: I can see why you'd make a comment but-" The SeC (At this point, he's clearly no good at his job) was cut off by a Loud explosion, and all kinds of shouts coming over the radio, all along the lines of "Exogen Breach." "<:: All Units, Report Status. Dispatch, Transmit Containment Protocol. Initiate Judgment Waiver, Get the citizens to a safe location." The SeC radioed, than ordered the R-CAO, "<::Take off your Training Uniform, Get in Citizen Fatigues, and get to UCH. You'll only hinder at this point." The Recruit obeyed with velocity, making his way to the Nexus Airlock and outside in seconds.

He had no idea what he was running into though, and ended up Face to Face with an Antlion. His life was saved by an OTA Transhuman unit, before it tossed him into the Train Station, the nearest safe area, located next to the Nexus. After that, his life changed forever when a Unit in the train station Mistook a Code red for an Evacuation order, and shoved him onto a RAZOR, headed for City 45. And so, his story in C45 begins.

What will these authorizations give your character in regards to perks or defects?
Perks
An Edge in the CCA [If he joins the CCA]
Foreknowledge, Therefore Power over the CCA [If he fights for the weebuls]
Advanced Fighting Skills
Self Defence in P3

Defects
A target, if discovered.
UED May or May Not approve.
Anything else Unpredictable.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
Use as an Edge as a Recruit [An excuse to not CrootRP if he joins CCA, more or less. CrootRP's gotten me amped twice. Sick o it.]
Could be Used for Rebels
Definatley could cause Interesting roleplay with UED and other UU units.
Who knows, Whatever happens.

Viktor was born into ???????????[Chernarus], during the cold war. His family never had much, he lived in poverty for the duration of his childhood. Life in the wilderness was not easy for him, he lived in the middle of the Russian Wilderness, because his family had no real home. As he grew older, he learned to hunt for his own food in the woods, and he became a very strong and resilient man. His life changed on one fateful day, when his family went to visit the city for the fair, on his Fifteenth birthday.

When they came into the city of ?????????????? [Elektrovadosk], to celebrate the fall of the Russian dictator, they all intended to celebrate and enjoy free food. Instead, Viktor came upon the higher education institute of ??????????????[Elektrovadosk], the only High School for hundreds of miles, and he instantly fell in love. Of course, he could not enroll, considering he was already 15, and had no formal schooling, but from that day forward, he pledged he would become a teacher, and teach students the important things they needed to know.

The day he turned 18, he waved goodbye to his home in the woods, and began working towards gaining the skillset required to be a High School teacher. He taught himself all that he needed to know, over the period of 4 years. He used various public librarys en-route to moscow, over 1000 miles away. then he enrolled in the ?????????? ??????????????? ??????????? ????? ?. ?. ?????????? [Lomonosov Moscow State University]. After completing the proper courses, he taught high school in ?????????? [Chernogorsk]. Soon after proving his talent, he returned to ?????????? [Lomonosov] to teach Biology, his history in hunting leading him there.

Sooner rather than later though, his teaching talents were noticed. He was drafted to work at The University of London. He was required to learn english, and he did, because the pay was three times as great as at the University of Moscow. He was the first Chernarussian to ever teach university outside of Russia, and he was excited to begin his classes. He tought biology, and was required to take courses of his own, by the school board. He soon found he had a passion for the social sciences, and after gaining the ability to teach that, he began teaching it as well.

He'd been teaching Social Sciences for only one year when the Resonance Cascade began. And after a year of relocations, near death experiences, and all kinds of stories for another date, he found himself in City 45. Once he got there, he decided that for the best of his survival, he would attempt to become a City Administrator. He did have an advanced degree in social sciences, Something which he figured the Combine could use, in a CA team. Therefore, he worked his way up, and looked for a position as CA.

Yes, i get it, i know what i did wrong.
I checked the right things for everyne, but i did not RP what I did.
Honestly, it was nearly 1AM my time, my binds had all been reset, I wish you guys could show some fucking sympathy, considering i've been through your training course TWICE rtlk, and I probably could be a fucking TrO at this point, because i know god damn all of it. But, That's life, I guess. Don't expect to see me on the server again, no game is worth THIS ammount of effort, sorry. Not that CG really gives a damn about losing my patronage, anyway.

Peace out.
