There are still messages saying that you need the points for stuff. That a bug or did they just not remove it?

Me and a few others did some tasks that some CCA units assigned us; We we're rewarded with tokens and stuff.

That's the new reward for completing jobs and tasks. A handful of tokens or a Breen's water or something like that.
