Over a year of gaming with you, a wonderfull experience. You all made me able to have fun. I must leave you now. I have other matters to tend to in my life. I love this community, and I encourage you to continue having fun.

Reason for the switch: Came back to the city, to help against the Combines opression.
If required, write a detailed backstory on how your character left the outlands: Before he left, Alan could take the opression. He took beetings for cursing, he took starvation from the lack of rations, but eventually he snapped. Alan grabbed a notebook, a backpack, and began heading out, seeing where destiny would take him. Alan was not ignorant, he was quite inteligent to mark distinctive land marks, incase he would want to return. He headed to the Outlands, he was the life of it, despite the antlion attacks, and the Overwatch patrols, the life was good. Good food, good people, it was like the old world, just added dangers. He stayed for a while, a few months. Alan thought about the friends he left behind, the citizens in need. he grabbed his gear, got his notebook, remembering the landmarks, voyaging back to the city. The reconisence required to get past the combine was emmence, yet after all Alan had seen, it was nothing he couldnt handle. Alan's equipment was very interesting, giving him quite an advantage, his gear was more emmence then an Elite CCA Unit. He had Grenades, Flashbangs, A Shotgun, MP7, a 9mm, and plenty of ammo. This equipment would make his life easier trying to reach the city. Another asset to help him find the city, a nearby earthquake struck, sending alarms, and anouncments bellowing around the city. (//Actual Event, ask Veran120). Alan could eventually see the city, he could here the gunshots, signaling that the Combines opression was carrying on. Alan wanted to help his friends out of the city, or at least help their life get better. He drew close to the city, hopes rising and sinking, not sure if he could pull it off. Eventually reaching the very skin of the city, his MP7 drawn, his will strong, his pride, ever growing, his integrity impossible to change. Yet, his biggest challenge was getting past security. Luckily, along his journy, he found even more supplies, he had so much that his movement was a bit impared. Cameras, Guards, seemed like they went all out to stop people from coming back. One thing that really caught his eye, an Overwatch Soldier, red optic, white armor. That would be a problem. Luckily, Allan was a smart man. His flash bang would come in handy. Once the Overwatch was distracted, he tossed the flashbang in, no one would see where it came from. Allan saw his chance, only a few guards, clamping the security gates, and they were blinded. He ran like a bat out of hell. He decided not to take out any security, maybe they would think it was an accident. This strategy proved his integrity and loyalty to acomplish his goal. He steps in the city.  "Welcome, to City 45."

Due to the bad feedback I have recieved, which was basicly indirectly calling me a bad rebel, I am no longer doing rebel RP. I have been told I disturb RP based on my actions, said by Brandon, Jon, and Ben Mask. Too all, If I did disturb your Rp, I'm sorry, the last thing I want is to cause a bad Rp environment. I want everyone to have fun, I dont want to ruin it for you, there for I am removing all of my rebel characters, except my Vortigaunt, due to it being outlands. Once again, I'm sorry if I ruined your Rp.

So, I got some extra cash in the holidays, right? Well, I'm thinking of donating for V flags, yes the capital was not a mistake. If I do obtain these flags, I just want suggestions from you guys on good ways not to abuse or misuse the flag. Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
The Combine research team was working on bulding a new form of assault. The SYNTH program, was designed for Assault and minor Recon approaches. It was specialized for its stealth, quick movements, and pure success combat capabilities. One of their first successfull subjects was SYNTH.49848, a teal coated, blue eyed, monster of a machine. It stood almost twice as tall as an ordinary OTA soldier, equiped with, two long fanglike claws, a flechette launcher, and a bone breaking ramming attack. Not to mention its ability to evade, and attack immediatly. When the power switch was pulled, SYNTH.49848 zapped to life, staring around the room. A voice says, "Excellent... Now, power down untill we need it.." The SYNTH was forcfully put back into stasis.
     A while later, SYNTH.49848 was arrisen from stasis, being ordered to aboard a dropship. It did so, being taken to a place unknown. It was taken miles away, then dropped along with another SYNTH, and three soldiers. In the lead, was a OTA EtL Soldier, along with two REAPER's, and the SYNTH's. 49848's fellow synth was SYNTH.56748, a hunter much like 49848, yet its optic were red, and the coating was a pure green. The soldiers double timed it to the point of entry, when they crossed through the blue forcefield. Once passed the forcefield, the soldiers raised their weapons, and the SYNTH's optics became small, showing they were on the lookout. The first victim, an un-expecting man, walking about. 49848 sneaked up behind him, still making a thud due to his weight, yet by the time the man turned around, 49848's claws had penitrated the mans lungs.
      They continued on untill they saw a small shed, crowded with people armed with SMG's, and Pulse Rifles. The first thing that was heard, was the loud crack of the combine sniper, firing a projectile at on of the people, splattering the contents of their skull on the wall. The rest of the people took cover, readying their weapons. The SYNTH's charged in like a bat out of hell, and began rapidly firing their flechette cannons at the anti-citizens. One was hit in the throat, vaporizing their neck. SYNTH.56748 was flanked by an anti-citizen with a shotgun, and got its contents blown right out of its body, 49848, rushed over, stabbing its claws into the anti-citizens eyes. 56748 was a lost cause, but 49848, carried on with the other OTA's.
      They reached another rebelion hideout, and this firefight didnt start like the last one, as soon as the OTA's came into sight, the EtL's Red Optic, was blown out the back side of their head. The OTA's took cover, while 49848, didnt hesitate to rush in, and immediatly assault the rebels. He did hi devistating body slam, killing three citizens at once, all in an instant. When 49848 turned around, it was greated by a bullet to the eye, it swung its leg, in fury, and in pain, and nearly cut the rebel strait in half. The OTA's were intreaged by the seen. "REAPER SIX| THE EtL IS DOWN| AREA CLEARED|" "Copy that, dropship inbound."
         When 49848 reached the nexus, he was given a new optic, and put into stasis, it is only a madder of time, before he is called out again.

Perks
A very new character experience.
New weapon abilities.
Assist the OTA, and be a major asset.

Not being able to speak.
Being ganged up on by rebels.
No emotions, what so ever.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
I plan to addapt to a COMPLETELY new form of roleplay, and learn it well. I will assist the OTA soldiers with my best ability, and get a better understanding of the type of RP I'll be getting into. I would fallow all of the same rules given for ordinary OTA soldiers.

Please, tell me you're opinion on my back story! Even if the app is denied, what did you think of the backstory?

I dont know if its just me, but when I am in outlands, I dont lag at all, when I am in OCRP, no lag. On the other hand, when I am in City HL2Rp, I get emence frame lag. I dont know if its my PC or the map itself, but please reply if you have the same problem or situation.
