1) The ambulance is to damn slow. It goes a top speed of around 40 mph. This is way to slow the ambulance needs to go at least 70mph. Otherwise by the time you get there the pt is DOA.
2) Add a seat or two to the back of the ambulance for a pt. There are only two seats right now which only accommodates the medics. (Better to ride two medics in one bus.)

70 is way too fast for the ambulance. 55 would be a good speed.
Seats in the back would be cool, too.

I know but I did not want to necropost and there was a general unsupportive stigma there.

Wouldn't be necroposting. Anyway a new system is posted in the OP and I would like some feedback on it.

At least one seat in the back, and at least 60mph-70 max. 70 is pushing it tbh, anything over 50 becomes a safety concern and hazard.

Adding 2 seats in the back and changing top speed to 60mph. I dont think anyone can complain about that.

This sounds good and would go well with your suggestion.
