Wait, his character is still alive?

It's under debate at the moment.

In my opinion, there should be no "re-do" of the event, I can ensure you it will result in more shit-storms. Best off just to avoid direct contact inbetween OTA and Spectre for a while, keeping it to the odd sniper or so, simply so Spectre can promote passive and the such. Every time I am on Spectre I am immersed in Passive RP except in events like this, Spectre seems to promote RP within the outland players. Sure, not saying OTA cant patrol for him, but avoid direct contact such as today, for example.

You should have stayed PKed when you were in the first place.  Back when you were jumping from the city to the outlands (which in and of itself is fail) anytime anyone would be close to getting near you or the slight chance you would be killed you would leave the server, thus avoiding the RP.

When-ever someone rings, my wireless internet cuts. I play on my laptop from my room, the modem being in the dining room. It turned out to be my friend from school informing me my subject selections for next year were due the next day, so I had to go do them. Besides, I had authorisation from the top on both visits and to get that kind of warrant, I'd need a damn good reason.

Unfortunately this is a lie as the fact of you disconnecting was deliberate and not a connection drop.  And the only times was when the CCA was coming for you.

And how do you know? Are your spidey-senses tingling? You might want a bit of evidence to back up that statement as I am not lieing.

Connections dropping have a different disconnect message.  The time that I refer to (your so called last time in the city) you "Disconnected by User" right as we were getting a group to go after you.

Garry's Mod can not detect if my internet dropped or what, I timed out after the 40 seconds which posts 'Disconnect by User'. Besides, I was already out of the City IC'ly by the time you got your team together, taking the IC route out near the Fat Negordians or what-ever it is, the gate. If you IC'ly get it open and go through, it leads to the sewers and, thus, to the Outlands. Thus, you still remain without your evidence. Regardless, that is not the issue at hand, you're changing it to other issues, please focus, RTLK.

Steam Name: fear
Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:20505572
Character Name: Spectre
Admin who issued PK: RTLK
Reason for Un-PK:

The entire thing was bullshit. Within 10 minutes of me getting on, RTLK joins and goes straight on his OW, getting together a team and going straight for the labs where I was at the time. Before I can do any RP, they're right at the front door. I attempt to negotiate a S2M agreement in OOC since killing Spectre would kill a lot of RP that is due to occur but RTLK quickly answers with something along the lines of "No. You should not have got a rogue in the first place." He also stated that "We are here only to PK Spectre, the refugees will be fine."

The OTA team opens the door, we throw a grenade out. We blow up two of them the first time - which RTLK respawns, we are quickly flagged for 'Failnade', and they go to breach again. We throw out another Grenade, get all four of them this time, RTLK respawns them all and, again, we are flagged for 'Failnading'. Now that we are out of grenades, his OTA team enters, S2K's all the refugees except a scientist and this one refugee - disregarding his previous statement - and bans Spectre, even though I was S2M'ing anyway. The only person to not S2K was "Tyreal, Archangel of Justice.", who appears to be the only OTA on at the time that can OTA RP at all.

We had no time to react, ten dollars says I was seen on the Scoreboard so they quickly assembled on my last known position from a situation that was VOIDED due to derping on the OTA's part. They also insisted our 'door' was prop-block when it was laid down using the Door tool AND CCA + OTA can open it using the action key, rendering it not prop block to the OTA.

I have a few witnesses that can agree it's bullshit, I will have them post in here. They are (In Steam Friends name):

Darkshifter98
Monkey with a Gun
Thor, God of Thunder
Tyreal, Archangel of Justice
PFC [508th_PIR]Jacknife

If this thread is locked and denied before even any discussion, debate and/or revision from the one above RTLK who authorised the rogue in the first place - Regardless, RTLK insisting that I should not have it anyway - I'm gone. I enjoy to RP at CG except you're making it hard on me here.

We're in the process of switching to the brown boots, but since my foot is so fucking big, they got none in my size.

Because of the process there is a very slight delay detectable by OTA and high ranking CCA units due to their augmentations and authorised characters only.

Entry 3

Today, I have been hiding out at the Labs, taken there by a Lucy figure. I met with two vortigaunts I am familiar with on-site and met a new one, as well as a scientist who has copied my OS from my faceplate to his computer. OverWatch snipers were outside at one point, keeping us pinned in the Labs for hours until eventually fanning off. They are like zombies, shooting at walls that are proofed from the sniper rounds in false hope of penetration, you'd think an OTA unit would learn after one failure, let alone thirty.

I trained various refugees in operation of USP Match handguns, Heckler and Kotch MP7s and this one person with an AR2 which a vortigaunt disabled the BioLock on. I even managed to train two Vortigaunts how to use USP Matchs and AR2s. I have earned a lot of respect from various refugees and it appears my name is now well known, but there remains one individual who refuses to understand I have gone rogue and am now on his save, Dave I think. The Outlands has her ways of placing Paranoia upon her prey.

It also appears the infamous 'Glenn' has died. Shame I couldn't have killed him myself, I should've shot him when he broke into the clinic. Optimism always gets the better of me. I'll be sure to piss on his grave.

Entry 2

Recently, I encountered a female figure on my travels, Jessica I think it was. She was wise, knew a lone Civil Protection unit would not come to the outlands for no reason - and she probably read the FTR on my kevlar. She told me of a Medical Clinic, where people are giving aid to the wounded. I asked her to take me there - I may be able to make use of myself again, this time for a better cause. She led me to a building not to far a walk away.

I met the figure who runs the place in his office. We chatted, eat then he asked me of my experience. I responded how I have trained as far as Surgeons to perform Surgery and Units to perform various types of combat. He seemed pleased, and most likely noting my set of weaponry and experience, asked me to be the Security Manager of the place. This pleased me, I accepted. He said I will most likely be training a 'Kate' or someone under a similar name, being the only human medic in the place. There are a lot of Vortigaunts.

Glenn decided to pay a visit. It only took an aim of my Pulse Rifle and he ran with his tail in between his legs. Oh, funny thing is, he's missing a leg now. I was awfully tempted to revoke walking from his all together, but I just cleaned my knife.

I'm currently training members of the clinics staff to operate firearms and administer medical aid. Apparently, Evie tends to help out at the Clinic sometimes.

// For fucks sake, I knew I shouldn't have made this thread since everyone would get butthurt. I'll delete it if it goes on, I figured people would be interested in a rouge units plot. I got auths from rofl, so keep your mad to yourself.

CCA.C18-NOVA.01.501 "Spectre"
Entry 1

I made it to the outlands recently. Things have been rather dull on the most part, some-what depressing.

I firstly encountered a naked female in her early twenties who seemed very affectionate, jumping onto me and playfully tackling another male. She was with another male, another one came later during the encounter. It look some persuasion, but they figured out I meant no harm. We chatted for a while, the female carved 'FTR' into my kevlar vest which is meant to stand for 'For The Resistance'. I gave them my radio frequency and continued on towards my objective.

In the Storm Drain, I encountered the infamous Glenn. To be honest, I was quite let down with him, I expected a powerful figure, let alone mentally stable, but instead I encountered a crazed mad-man carrying a .357 revolver as if he owned not only it, but the entire world. He yelled at me after getting distance from me, "Don't mess with me." I responded, "I have the OverWatch actively hunting me, I can deal with a low grade gang." He had nothing to say.

I encountered another group on my travels, this time with a Vortigaunt and a man in a make-shift resistance uniform with a Medical Armband. The Vortigaunt was harder to persuade than the last group, but I pursuaed him eventually. The man in the uniform, how-ever, was a pain in the ass. A female figure was with them, she cowered behind the man in uniform. The man in uniform had an AR2 somehow, I'm guessing the Vortigaunt disabled the Bio-Lock feature. By a slip of my tongue, they found out that I have had I don't know... an affection for Evie Dua.

Later, the female Evie Dua told me about - The female that Evie Dua was lesbian for - walked into my bunker with the man in uniform and claimed to be the one to be with Evie. I'm guessing the man in Uniform told her. After they left, I took it out on the nearby wall, putting various dents into it.

I killed my best friend, a member of High Command, stole his possessions and ran to the Outlands, leaving my past job which I grew to enjoy for Evie. Maybe my efforts have been wasted. It's too late now, anyway. I can't turn back. I can't. I guess they were going to kill me anyway...
