A vast storm hit City 8 and its surroundings. The water levels rose to heights and great currents, dislodging the flood gates, granting the various extraterrestrial creatures scavenging behind the city limits an easy access to the sewer system. In conclusion with an unfortunate failure of the city power systems, its inhabitants had no options left but to request airwatch support and to move to a different city - to city 45.

Changelog:
- Fixed the main Nexus doors not saving their assigned names.
- Fixed CWU and CHP characters lacking a CID in their F1 menu.
- Fixed Vortigaunt and Vortigaunt Conscript characters showing up purple in OOC chat.
- Fixed contraband literature not showing up in the business menu for 'v' flag owners.
- Disabled all the camera NPC's around the city until they're given a better AI (next update).
- Tied characters no longer drop their active weapons, they just get unequipped now (no more losing flashlights).
- Put some security measures in effect to prevent unauthorized entries into the armory.
- Stunbatons can now be equipped in combination with grenades.
- Rewritten the papers plugin! Papers are now editable and can put into your inventory even if there's something written on them, the text of course persists even when they're dropped on ground. Donators can use some basic BBCode in order to format their papers - supported tags: [b], [u], [i], [color=255,255,255], [font=Arial], [size=24], [align=left/center/right], [img]http://i.imgur.com/XtcpdFF.jpg[/img])

Persistent, configurable blood stains are an option.
Bandages can simply be added with PAC, it doesn't take long so I don't think I'm going to code this. In addition, spawning those automatically would only cause problems as every model is a bit different and the props would end up displaced most of the time.
As per limping, it's not easy to fiddle with Source model animations. I'll see if it's possible with the Lua animation API I wanted to add, but it'll have to wait a bit.

This. We're going to use the TnB model pack to bring in some new citizen models, if you have any next packs to suggest then please post them here.

What about for non-pac users? What if there was a way you could input your character height up to a limit and it would automatically change it?
I'll consider this, but I'd need to redo the way how PAC restrictions currently work to allow some outfits to be applied (i.e. the height adjustment) while others wouldn't.

New players won't have PAC as from what I understand, you need to apply for it. Give them a reason to stay and play.
PAC is a feature only available to Gold Members.

Vengeance is true - PlayX is already installed on the server. Whoever copied it from the old addons folder forgot to update it to GM13, so once I do that we'll have it available once again for those who have the appropriate flag.
Yes to the music player, which will probably have a flag-based access system as well, possibly also for admins. I'll talk to Stevo.

I'll state it like this: it would be possible to render some rescaled models or particles to serve as (facial) hair. Almost everything can be coded. The idea is nice but the implementation would probably require me to also add some kind of physics to the rendered hair and while I'm sure the following could somehow be dealt with as well, Clockwork already causes enough FPS drops.
Sorry, I don't fancy myself spending time on something like this. Maybe in the future if I empty my to-do list, but as for now this thing has the lowest priority of all.

I remember this one server had cameras around the street and if you ran they would catch you and you would like get in trouble
This is already in the works along with some more eye-candy stuff.

Upon rejoining the server or reloading a character, multiple boxes of ammo have disappeared, leaving only one of the same type in their place.
I'll have a look if I can find a reason of this.

Didn't notice that. What I did notice however was that MPF characters always spawn with 2 boxes of pistol ammo. Even if they dropped them before, they magically get new ones every time they load their char.
Or at least recruits do. Which aren't even supposed to have a gun and/or ammo at all.

Yeah, Clockwork used to do this. Everytime you loaded a MPF/OTA character, it'd check if you have any pistol ammo in your inventory and would give you a pair if not. It shouldn't be happening anymore, I'll check on it, though.

This is a Garry's mod issue where the engine doesn't properly scale some models, I'm afraid I can't do much with this.
