This meeting will take place on 1/19/13 at 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
If more than 4 people can't make it around that time, I will try to adjust.
This is not a mandatory meeting, but it will have information that you may be interested in.
If you miss the meeting, there will not be a recap.

I'll be attending and will discuss the changes to the division/s I oversee in full detail.

Is this meeting going to be for current units only, or can past members of the CCA attend as well? I'd still like to keep up on what the CCA is/or is going to be doing and maybe give some feedback and stuff if that's alright with you guys.

Yeah.... Not really a smart idea to plan this on such a horrible time.
I would recommend planning it in the afternoon for you, so it's evening for EU people like us. Hence everyone would be able to make it.

The time you've chosen is really bad for most of the European players. I believe we're, though, capable of understanding that it's not easy to figure out a time that is friendly for both sides. However, you can just make a topic with the important info summed up once the meeting is done. Second option would be if somebody like KillmePlz, who can be online at both EU and US times, made a second meeting in EU time and just told us the info from the second hand.

Since I'm at Israel, GMT +2, I may be able to attend as it is in 5:00 AM, however most chances that not.
I suggest what Khub said, that someone else will tell us the info from the second hand.

Yeah, I mean if you could make it a little earlier that would be nice. I have a few things I have to do around ten so that wouldn't be good. And then there's a large chunk of the CCA is in other timezones that are five or so hours ahead of EST. Either way I'll try to be there.

Even though I was an 05 before the switch, I will attend to observe and at least put some input into the field of suggestions. It'll mainly be about NOVA/GRID but i'll save it all for the meeting.

Added a link with the time converted, it SHOULD show your local time on the clock to the right, and shows exact amount of time left somewhere in the middle.

Wolphram alpha link kept saying me that EST is assumed to be a country - added another countdown as an alternative, I hope the time is correct. I'll try to attend, as midnight is a bit better for me. No promises though.

The one concern I have is: How is this meeting going to function with at least a dozen people in steam chat? I've been in HC meetings over steam chat before, and Kronic (Back when he was HL2RP Lead) almost demoted several of us for not shutting up and talking at the same time.

Typing, actually. Talking would be worse. If this meeting is go smoothly, we'll have to have strict rules on who can speak and when.

Then I understand how disorganized it was. Well, what you could do is a turn taking system, basically go in a circle. Once one person has gone, then the next person goes and so on. The person talking has to say done or finished (I truly do not give a fuck what they say) and the next person gives their opinion or suggestion.

Well, unfortunately at the moment I am away from home on vacation in Virginia so I don't exactly have access to Steam. I can try to make it but I have no clue if I'll even be around a computer around 6pm. I definitely will try to make it if I can though. Scouts honor. (not really a scout, wtf)

Most of the chances that I will attend, no school at this date.
I won't be attending, I thought it was on Friday. Becuase I live in Israel, USAs Saturday-Sunday weekend is like our Friday-Saturday weekend.
