I dont think applications need to be so long

Length is one of many tools that helps administrators select which players are best for a position. Those who are accepted are people who have demonstrated several important things: they show that they put time and effort into their roleplay, possess good writing skills, and are dedicated to the community.
Application lengths will not change anytime soon, sorry.
