I'm doing a Portal 1 Raffle. Ok I really don't know who has it or not on my friends list and I don't feel like looking, so if you don't have it or whatever..( I really don't care). Just put your name down and I'll write your name down on a paper and put it in a hat or some shit. I'll be drawing the raffle thing on 3/26 at 12:00PM EST. If no one enters I don't give a fuck I'll bump this shit and put another raffle because I gotta get rid of this game.

Portal 1 was free for like 5 days last year, a lot of people got Portal for free. (Entire game)

He's nto buying a game and giving it to someone, he most likely bought Portal 2 in which there is a special offer where you also recieve a free cop of Portal 1
What better way to get rid of an un needed game than to give it to someone (Other than sell which is pointless as most people already have Portal 1)
