- Ambidexterity (Equal Strength in both hands)
Seeing as you can barely do anything with the current strength of citizens, sure.
- Eidetic Recollection (Photographic Memory)
Don't know much on this, can't comment.
- Exceptional Mathematical Intelligence
Meh, couldn't really care. Math won't come in handy much, when you think about it.
- Extensive Knowledge & Collection of Computer Technologies
Hardware... okay, not really useful unless you actually manage to get your hands on a combine computer that happens to be similar to a modern computer, which is around about a 0.00001% chance of finding one like that.
- Remarkable Understanding of Combine Technologies
Building a computer and knowing the parts does not mean you can take a scanner (which is nowhere the same as a computer) and learn how it works. In order to even build a scanner in GRID, you have to reach 02 through extensive training and use pre-manufactured parts to build it. If someone who is purposely trained on that level can't assemble it from scratch, I highly doubt that your character can take it apart and learn everything on it. The same goes for the camera, which is yet again no-where near a modern computer. The equipment that Units carry is human technology manufactured by the Universal Union, nothing really new. From "studying" the scanner and camera, all you could have done is stare at the parts. You would require access to the UU Database in order to salvage anything useful in the information tier from those items.
- Climbing & Physical Obstacle Agility (More or Less Parkour / Freerunning)
You're a Citizen that is malnourished. You even stated in your background that you went 4 months with little sleep, food and water. You can not do this as easily as you think.
Adding onto this:
You gave no details on how your character ended up in prison, nor how she managed to smuggle and transport all the computer equipment without detection in a UU occupied City. You also have a massive story gap on how your character was in the country and then was magically in the City, walking along rooftops. Your back-story has too many gaps and doesn't explain on how your character moved around.
