Reason: Mis-click
Detailed story: In search of food Aleksandr headed towards the city... Being spotted by the Combine. He stashed all of his Tokens, and Items in a safe location (thus still having all of his Tokens and inventory upon re-switch) He was taken back to City 19 and interrogated.
He told them all he knew and persuaded them to let him live....

Anyways, for the reason you put: misclick, and yet you added a (very short, not detailed, and non-canon) story... so was this a misclick, or are you trying to get a character that you have been using for outlands back into the city?

Please explain.

It was a Mis-click. I thought I read in the Application format that I had to do a detailed story? But to answer your question it was an Honest Mis-click.
