The map was just updated to the latest revision fixing a lot of issues.  Download links are below, and you only need one.  Three formats are provided for you.

rp_city45_catalyst_x1b (7Z, 31.8MB)
rp_city45_catalyst_x1b (ZIP, 45.2MB)
rp_city45_catalyst_x1b (BSP, 72.1MB)


The server is currently in dev mode as I test that nothing fucked up from the transfer from the dev server.
