Half Life 2 Episode 3 or Half Life 3

What do you think will be released? Half Life 2 Episode 3, or Half Life 3?
There are rumors that it will be Half Life 3, though I think that it will be Episode 3.
I hope it's Half Life 3 though.

Chances are there will NEVER be a 3rd ( Vlave is obviously afraid of the number 3 since they don't have a single game with a 3 in it ) but they might do a new game like "Half Life: The Day That Never Came" or some title, but they won't make a "Half Life 3" as stated at E3.

I have to agree though, I highly doubt that there will be a Half Life 3. I wish there was though, because that means it will most likely be a longer and better game rather than just a game you can complete in a few hours like HL2 Episode 1 and 2.

I would rather an Episode Three because chances are, if Half Life 3 were to be made rather than Episode 3 we'll all have to wait longer; and by longer I mean YEARS longer. Just look at the difference between HL1 and HL2, six years. And it's almost been six years since HL2:E2 came out so I doubt HL3 will come into play because of newer graphics, new items, etc.

CSGO isn't bad, people just don't know how to adapt to new games.
And it isn't one of those games you can just jump in and do good every game.

I'm positive it will be Half-Life 2, Episode 3. If you play the first level of HL2:EP2 with Commentary, they say, 'in Half-Life 2, Episode 3, blah blah blah...'.

What I think this thread should be about is what you think is going to happen in either HL2EP3 or HL3, but I guess it is good you didn't because I bet quite a few people here don't know the events of HL2EP2.
