I think 40k would win only because it involves the many different races giving each one such a diff personality

I think it would depend in what timescale of the proposed halo timeline, would it have been when there were multiple spartans or just master chief.

Well if the other factions of the halo universe helped the UNSC then it could be an even fight depending on numbers.

Halov VS 40k is a joke. It would last 7 minutes, in which time USMC and whatever other halo shit there is would be completely annihilated without a chance.

However, Combine vs 40K would be pretty deadly due to the combine heavy weapons and synths. I can just see striders and trygons gonig at it hand to hand combat or some Terminators and hunters going nuts. Would be a good fight, however 40K would still win in the end. Maybe after like 15,000 years of fighting.

Combine don't have any space faring ships (Do they?) So they are already outmatched in that field, also, the Imperial Guard number in the trillions. Spehss Mahrens are rare, but they kick tons of ass.
