Zoey Quinington's Civil Authority Application

1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
Zoey was moved to City Forty five was very confused about what was going on. She knew about aliens taking over, but when she got to City Forty-Five, she just found Civil Protection. Not knowing who the Civil Protection are, she began speaking to civilians about who they are. The main portion of them just said "You don't know who they are? Heh..." and others ignored her. The only people she actually got answers from we're CWU and Out-Of-Uniform civil protection units. Gathering up all the information, she then decided to join the Combine Civil Authoritys, finding that they are the better side.

Zoey began watching the Combine Civil Authoritys work, what they did, and how they did it. She began respecting the combine more and more as she went on. Zoey asked around about what you require to join the CCA, and the people said 'Loyalist Points'. Zoey went out to get loyalist points after being told this.

Zoey began working to achieve Loyalist Points. She cleaned windows of the UCH, the shops, picked up leaves, and reported Anti-Citizens. She got up to five and received her Loyalist Armband, colored purple. Zoey kept working until she got Nine loyalist points, then she got her application for CCA and began working on it.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
Me and my Character expect this to be very hard on us. Overcoming obstacles. Role-play abilities, learning the codes, and learning the ways of a proper Combine Civil Authority unit would, are all things we know will be obstacles. We hope for some fun times, but serious times. We hope to achieve higher ranks, and later help DvL's and CmDs. We worry about how the higher ranked ones will act towards us, we worry about achieving ranks, we worry. But we hope to overcome all of our worrys, and we hope for a brigther future.

Zoey knows all the hardships she will have to overcome in the future, amputating / detaining friends, family, and more. Zoey worrys about who will help her, who will teach her the ways of a CCA, who will welcome her. Zoey worrys about how she will do, what will it effect on the city, and who she will hurt. She worrys about High Ranking officers, and CmD's. She worrys about the Rebels, Mentally Ill civilians, and who else will attack her. She worrys about all these things. But she hopes, hopes for a brighter future.

The Fourth of December, Ninteen ninety five. York, England. 9:18

The sky is dark, cold winds blow through the city of York. In 'Zenkle' hospital, the mother of Zoey lays in the bed of the hospital room. The father of Zoey stands by The Mother's side. The Mother, named Lily, rocked the baby back and forth. "What should we name her?" The father, Jeffer, said. "Zoey... we'll name her Zoey.".

The Eighth of January, Two-Thousand, York, England. 1:28

Zoey walks into a small shop, along with her father, on the coasts of York, England. "What are we going to buy here, father?" Zoey said to Jeffer. "Just some general supplies. Food and water." Jeffer said. Jeffer grabbed some things from the counters, as Zoey looked around. While walking around the shop, Zoey heard an odd tingling noise. She walked out of the small shop and began walking outside of it. She kept hearing the small tingle, and she kept walking. "Where is that coming from.." She kept going on found a bug, flying around. She walked up and jumped at the bug. The bug seem'd to shimmer out of mid air. "Odd.." Zoey said, and began walking back towards the small shop. When she got their she looked inside, finding no one. The entire place was empty. She searched threw the rows of things and couldn't find anyone there. Zoey kept searching until she found a man hiding behind the counter, she tapped him on the shoulder and the man turned around looking at her. "They killed him! The thieves ran in and killed that man!" The man behind the counter said, Zoey quickly began searching the shelves more, until she found the body of her father. She kneel'd down and looks at her father. A tear dripped from her eye, landing on her father. Zoey then got up and quickly ran out of the shop.

The Seventeenth of December , Two thousand and Nine. York, England. 6:02.

Zoey walks over to the large general store, on the coasts of York, where her father died. She did not remember the fateful day of her fathers death, she just merely came to buy some supplies from the store. She went to the front desk and greeted the shop worker. The shop worker looked nervous, mumbling about 'aliens'. Zoey was finishing up with her purchase and asked 'Whats this about Aliens?'. The shop worker nervously said "Rumors has it that there we're some alien spotting... heard America was enslaved by aliens. I hope its not true. Zoey took the information, writing it down on a pad and began speaking to civilians about the alien sightings. She picked up information about them making everything just Large Citys and numbering them off, instead of all the towns already there. Zoey was worried, but went back to her home.

Date - Unknown. Year - 2016. Location - The remains of York, England. Time - Unknown.

Zoey scavenged the ruins of York, her home city, and looked all around for any other survivors. Most of the Union dropships came in and picked them off, bringing them to all different citys. Zoey was brought to City Fourty-Five. Once their she was nervous, but she didn't know much about the Union. Only about the city numbers and they're first attacks. Zoey then started doing work in the city for 'Loyalist Points' and then got enough to began applying for Combine Civil Authoritys. She then finished her application and handed it in to the combine, she now waits for something back.

Another Half Life Two role-play server, where I was stationed near the slums entrance, I was attacked by rebels but safety got away and reported to the Nexus. The City Administrator sent some of the CCA's to scout out the Slums and found three groups of rebels. The CCA units got out, and the City Administrator sent more CCA's along with OTA's out in the slums. We invaded the slums killing the main portion of rebels, others who weren't killed hid out in the slums. The main portion of CCA's sent out were promoted, but some lost their units.
