Never would have let it happen. Would cut the text off at 120 for OOC anyway, would just make the chatbox do it as well.  But meh, it doesnt so oh well.

Also fixed derp with the limit being 350 and the chatbox cutting off at 340

Err... Imma have to find a better way to work pms. They dont work right multiline cause they require the persons name in each

Ok, fixed /pm, added in a few new commands while doing so.

The server has the much needed /reply! (on update at least)
