Why do you want to join the CWU?: I wish to join the Civil Workers Union because I wish to sell goods to the citizens of City 45 and wish to help City 45 in anyway possible.

Past experience with work/labor: Before the portal storm I owned a General Goods store and sold to the citizens of my hometown.
What will you do for us?: I will sell goods to the citizens of City 45, and follow every order.
How long have you been in City45?: I have been in City 45 for about 4 Months now.
Can CWU members be in possession of Alcohol?: No, unless It's for a medical purpose only, like healing a wound and such. If not then no because It's a contraband item.
Can CWU members be in possession of Knifes?: Never, It's a level one contraband item and you will be detained for the possession of the knife.
If a citizen runs up to you and starts swearing what do you do?: I would take out my requested device and properly and calmly say my name, my CID, my location and my situation. I would then calm down the citizen and wait for the Civil Protection team to take over the situation.

Roleplay Experience: I have been Role-playing in CG for about 4 Months now. Role-playing in general I have been doing for about 4-5 years now. I have a lot of experience in role-playing.
Why do you want to be accepted into the CWU?: I wish to have a better time in role-playing and create more role-play for others and myself.
Character Backstory(Must be one paragraph):

Kevin was born with a loving mother and father. His father owned a general store in their local town. His mother stayed home and took care of Kevin at his young ages, watching over him. They were pretty wealthy and all had a very great life.

Kevin started working at his father's shop at the age of 14, he loved working for his father and being around him. They always had a great day working and laughing at each other's jokes. His father was a great person and was loved by all in the town. Everybody spoke about his shop and him in general.

At the age of 20 he took over the shop because his father was getting old and retired. Kevin kept the shop cleaned and original as his father liked it. The people still came to the shop and had long chat's with Kevin and bought stuff. He worked day to night, watching the sunset at dawn.

At the age of 26 his father died of a heart attack. It left his mother and him in shock. He deiced to close down the shop and stay home with his poor old mother. Town folks walked into the store to find a new shop owner and questioned him. They all heard the news and were heartbroken that a great friend is gone in their life.

The next year his mother also died from cancer that was unexpected and left Kevin depressed and very sad. He couldn't sleep, eat or speak for a long time. He woke up the next morning turning on his TV finding that 'Aliens' were attacking Earth. He looked out his window seeing many drop ships flying over the town. He then unlocked his door, and opened it. He was then hit in the face, he fell back onto the floor dizzy. The last thing he saw was combat boots moving past his head, he then fell unconscious.

Kevin was then brought to City 45 and became a citizen of his new City.

<::|| Loving the CCA so far, It's pretty scary but I'm still liking it. I saw a few citizens in the cafe around noon I walked closer and then out of no where my radio came off yelling "Contraband Level One in Cafe!" I looked around and saw a bunch of 02's running towards it, I raised my stun stick and headed for the cafe too. It was true he did, It was an SMG. No clue how he got it, but he did. He was easy to work with at first but then he just sat against the wall not listening. We brought him to the 'Treatment Facility' and strapped him to the chair and flipped the switch. I could barley watch as he was shocked to death, The 02 told us to watch and learn, learn what, how to flip a switch. Haha. Well he then told us that's what happens when you mess with the CCA. Well I'm still loving the CCA. 783 signing out. ||::>

Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.

Archer Brown grew up with a father as a inventor and a caring mother as a scientist. He had a great childhood, when he was in college he studied science the most. At the age of 27 his mother died from a heart attack. Archer was sad for many days and it kept him from doing his work well. His younger brother Kevin was a doctor, Jack his youngest brother was a Lawyer they took off when Archer still tried to do his work. They were all educated and had good jobs. When Archer was 38 his father died, he was the oldest now and had to watch over his younger brothers. A year later the combine came to earth and it was hell the first week. They were mugged by groups of people and they even killed Jack. Archer try to fight back with his brother Kevin but they were both cut up by a knife and all they left them with was some bad scars. Kevin and Archer were separated and sent to different cities. Archer Brown arrived in C18 via train remembering about what happened to his younger brother and still in pain from the attack.

He walked off the train and found a citizen siting on the bench. This citizen was not your regular citizen, he was an anti-citizen. He said to me "Don't drink the water". Archer thought to himself "Don't drink the water", Archer then walked over to a water machine and bought one. He walked into the apartments and looked for a room, he opened the door that said "D-2" on the front of it. He threw his suitcase on the couch and opened the water and looked around for a glass cup, he poured the water into the glass and studied the water carefully.

He noticed there were particles floating around in the water, "Chemicals hmm.." he thought in his head. He put the water on the counter and walk over to his suitcase and opened it, he found another set of his jumpsuit and a white shirt. He closed his suitcase and opened his door and walked down to the lobby, he opened the lobby doors and saw a citizen being beat by a CP. He said to himself "What the fuck happened to earth!?" as he watched the poor women be beat. He knew something had to be done, he walked into District 2 and found a group of people with guns, they were not a bunch of citizens, they had MP7s 9mm pistols and a vest. He walked up to them and said "Hey can you teach me how to use a firearm?" They laughed and said "Why?". Archer replied saying "Because I'm going to get out of here", they agreed and showed him how to shoot a pistol properly. Archer practiced shooting glass bottles, Archer said "Thank you" and gave the gun back.

Archer found a house and set up a safe house. Archer then went out to look for more anti-citizens, he saw a citizen with a armband and thought "He must very important, maybe we could use him." Archer made his way over to the man and said "Hey want to join are resistance group?" the man looked at Archer then ran as fast as he could over to an officer. Archer thought "This is not going to end well!" as he ran back into the District 2 breathing heavily. After he caught his breath he went to the safe house and opened the door. Archer then said to himself I'll wait for tomorrow, he woke up and went back to the center of the city.

He saw a man and he thought he was a loyalist, the man had a band so he got scared but he slowly went up to him and said "Hi I'm Archer and I'm new here." The man said back "I am too, I'm Scott nice to meet you.", Archer talked to Scott for a long time and they gained each other’s trust. Archer thought it would be good to tell Scott about the resistance, he told Scott in D2 and Scott said he was looking for are group this whole time. Scott said to Archer he was undercover the whole time, Scott also told Archer about Kira, Scott's friend.


She was also against the CPs, they all went back to the safe house and prepared to find a way out of the city. They made a plan and got geared up, they opened the safe house door and started running to the train station. They could hear something from behind them but they kept running as fast as they could. When they arrived they took a breath, Archer back up into a wall but felt something, he looked behind him and saw a dead citizen. He saw that the citizen had a bullet hole in his head, Archer looked on the corpse to see if there was something to take, Archer found nothing. Archer then looked at the train and saw It was broken, he told the others to keep watch as he fixed the train.

Archer opened a circuit board and noticed it was all ripped up, there were about 10 wires. Archer took a long time but it was worth it, they all got on the train and Archer hit the button to start the train. He then hit the button that made it go forward they were all cheering and saying "Nice job Archer!". After  2 hours the train broke down and they all hopped off, they started walking along the train tracks and found a dead CP this time, he walked over and searched for a weapon and ammo. He found a 9mm Pistol and 2 boxes of ammo, he took them and put them in his backpack and continued walking along the tracks. He saw a bright light from the end of the tunnel, they all started to run to the light. They looked outside the tunnel and saw a new place with no CP in sight they all started cheering. Scott walked up to Archer and said "Thank you". Archer nodded his head and walked onward into this new land.

Denied - You fail to explain your degrees in science, not to mention that there is no such thing as a degree in science but rather a degree in different types of science. Another mistake i noticed that you seemed to freely walk up to random people holding lethal weapons in D2 even though your younger brother was killed by thugs? Next is the dead Civil Protection officer by the road tracks, you don't mention how he got there or why he was left there it just seemed like a excuse for a way to sneak guns and ammo into your application. 1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.

Kevin Brown wanted to seek revenge against the rebels every since his younger brother died. His brother was thought to be a loyalist trying to warn the CP of them, so he was brutally murdered. Kevin was also attacked by some rebels and he was left with only a jumpsuit, a empty backpack, and some nasty scars. From now on he wanted to kill every rebel that lived.

Kevin found out CCA was recruiting loyal citizens. Kevin tried to find any job available, didn't matter what he had to do or where It had to be done he would take the job. Kevin worked hard and recklessly until he was figured a loyalist. He was proud after he was called a loyalist.

Kevin takes a deep breath and starts writing the CCA application. After sending the application, Kevin waited and waited hours for a message. A week later, Kevin started thinking he wasn't going to be able to become a CCA Member. He walked to his mailbox and opened It finding a letter in side saying "CCA Application", did he get accepted or did he get declined.

Kevin is Loyal to the Combine and follows orders.
He is also Trustworthy, he can always be trusted in a fight and as a friend.
Kevin is Brave and will always stand up against someone and will also take the blame for something. Kevin is Lawful he will always follow orders and do the right thing, he will clean up trash, sweep the roads, and even report crimes.


3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character?

For me I have never been a guard In a serious role play before so It's going to be a challenge for me. I am a big fan of serious role play so I think I'm going to be able to do awesome as a guard. Playing as a guard I think will help me better with serious role play and I will enjoy playing It even more. I'm planning to become better with the community and help out.

For Kevin he will follow every rule, like he did just as a Citizen. He will be loyal and strict, and help Citizens become loyal. Kevin will promote after time and become even more loyal. He may be a CCA but he's still a Citizen like everyone else.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.

My character's name is Kevin Brown, a current loyalist and hopefuly soon a Civil Protection unit. During the first month of the universal union arriving on planet earth, Kevin's brother, Jack was killed infront of Kevin himself. Resistance had killed him for treason. He tried to rat out the Resistance in the city, but they would not let him get away, his soul was teared from his infront of his own eyes. Kevin was traumatized. He swore over his body that he would not die without changing the world. Not knowing what to do now he had to figure someway to get vengeance on the world. Kevin, didn't know what but he would do it. Days later a civilian was talking about applications being availabe to the Citizens to apply for CCA. He thought this was his calling, and he thought this is what he had to do to change the world. He soon learned the combine dream, and what they wanted in the world. To Kevin, this all made sense and he wandered why people tried to fight against them. Everyday Kevin learned more about the Combine and embraced it. Becoming a loyalist was the first part of the job. Scouting out for crimes and sweeping the streets, on such a small level even Kevin knew that this would help. Finding people trying to mug from other innocent civilians or even finding contraband, his all had been put into this, even more. Knowing that he could look up to Breen and his forces was a great relief. And even watching the beatings from the metro-police he knew that it was for a purpose. He discovered that this is what the world would get for all they had done, all they had sacrificed, all they had stole and robbed from Kevin.
