Flags for ragdolls (How can we get this flag?)

I want to get the ragdoll flag so i can make crime scene without the hassle.

Lets say my character walks into her apartment, then she finds her friend killed butchered up on a meathook, then i go on that character and delete her then continue on.

I'm not afraid to pk my characters, as long as it's part of RP. My real concern is getting these characters all at the same time when i'm on another character, with ragdolls.
