Title: FSA Menu

So when we open up our cool little FSA menu and see all the players... half of the names are cut off because the size of the menu is to small. Can you make it to where only the Players IC names show, or make the menu larger to give us both Steam Name and IC name?

I suggested this to Crap-Head a week or two ago. He must have forgotten. But yeah, another like 50 pixels or so should do.

Being able to ban Steam IDs from the FSA menu would be a nice addition too.
