1) Please write a minimum of 3 paragraphs OOC'ly detailing why your character wishes to join the Combine Civil Authority and what lead your character to do so.
     My character, Tiffany Sweets wants to join the CCA for many different reasons. Tiffany is a very uptight person and likes to have things go exactly according to plan. When she sees citizens going around spray painting the walls and disrespecting the union by doing things like rebelling or grabbing her butt or just being plain disrespectful it astounds her at how the ungrateful citizens act. Being a CCA unit would give her the power to make the city more organized and make everyone's lives easier and less hectic.
     The second reason Tiffany wants to join the CCA is so that she can use her medical knowledge. Tiffany was a doctor before the seven hour war. After all the hard work she did to become a doctor, she feels that she could be doing a lot more good for the Benefactors if she could legally use medical supplies to help wounded units and citizens. After seeing a unit get attacked and being denied the right to help him Tiffany knew that she needed to join the CCA so that she could help others.
     Tiffany also hopes to find out if her brother Preston, who is a unit in city 18 is still alive. Preston was always a big influence on her and pushed her to work her hardest. After he joined the CCA, Tiffany began to respect the CCA and union a lot more. Preston being her only known relative or friend alive makes her think a lot about him. Tiffany hopes to one day reunite with him, yet she knows that they will never have any chance to be reunited unless she joins the CCA.

3) Please provide 2 paragraphs about what you are expecting the Combine Civil Authority to be like for you and your character.
     For me I am expecting being in the CCA to be a good fun way to role play on the server. As a CCA I want to role play to the best of my ability, I also want to serve the union and have fun. but I also want to help make the server better for others by reducing minges and trying to teach those in need how to role play. If that doesn't work I will at least handle them the best I can so they are not a distraction/mess with other role players. I have also been a part of the CCA on two other servers. (Slidefuse/Shitrp and TnB)   
Also I am interested in the medical field in real life and am currently getting my basics out of the way as a pre-med student so being in NOVA would be very interesting for me.

      For my character it is a way for her to serve the union. They have done a lot for her and she thinks that she needs to start REALLY helping the benefactors. She wants to help keep the streets clean by treating wounded units and keeping the citizens isolated and under control. She hopes to join the CCA not for the benefits that will be given to her, but for truly helping the cause.

4) Please provide a detailed back-story from an out-of-character perspective on your applying character. This section must be detailed and consist of a minimum of 300 words.
     Tiffany Sweets was born in Miami, Florida and was the first born child to her parents,Chloe and Sam Sweets. Her parents both worked in the medical field and strongly urged her to take the same path as them. Her father, Sam was a experienced war medic who was deployed in numerous wars. Tiffanys mother, Chloe worked as a registered nurse at a nearby hospital and had to work overtime a lot to pay the bills. When Tiffany was six years old her father Sam died on duty and because of her moms busy work schedule Tiffany had to stay home and take care of her younger siblings and the house. Although Tiffany was always busy, she always found the time to home school herself and never had much free time to make friends. When she did have free time instead of playing she often found herself studying her parents anatomy and physiology books.
     Tiffanys interest in medicine stuck with her and eventually she got accepted to medical school. Her parents wishes and her own childhood dreams of being a doctor had come true. Tiffany graduated med school in the top 10% of her class and shortly after graduating and finishing her residency the seven hour war began. The war caused her to lose contact with all of her relatives except her brother Preston. Preston was only a year younger than Tiffany and the two were very close. Luckily, Tiffany and her brother Preston both got transferred to city 18. However after getting transferred her brother Preston joined the CCA and Tiffany never heard anything from him again. Sad and alone, Tiffany got transferred again this time to city 45. Tiffany quickly earned herself a loyalist armband and had overheard units talking about how there was never any NOVA units on when they needed one. With that in mind Tiffany decided that she would try and become one herself. Ever since then Tiffany has had her eyes set on joining the NOVA squad and helping any unit in need and possibly being reunited with her long lost brother once more.

5) Have you ever had a CCA character here at Catalyst Gaming?  If so, explain why it was removed.
Sadly, yes I have. A misinformed person said my unit was having UPA. However in reality I was just whispering a joke to another recruit friend of mine.  A different unit overheard and reported it and me and the other accused unit went to interrogation. The other unit minge logged in interrogation, however I stayed regardless of how fail the situation was and ended up getting PK'd because noone was there to help explain how I was innocent. Got to my last day as a recruit and got PK'd regardless of having zero black-marks. But I have since learned that as a CCA you cannot fool around on duty and do not plan on doing it again.

1. How long have you played on role-playing servers in general?
About three years on garrysmod. I have role playing experience from other games like D&D for about five however.

2. How long have you played on serious servers?
I have played Half Life Two RP for about two and a half years approximatly.

3. How long have you played on Catalyst Gaming?
I would say approximatly a year.

7. What’s your most memorable quality RP experience?
Being on the CG outlands server and playing as the character "Glenn Irene Jr." I saved everyone's lives multiple times but my characters personality and style of rp made everyone angry and ultimately lead to me getting murdered and PK'd with no /me by the good ole Doc. Anyone who has played outlands probably knows who this character was, because he was the most hated old steroid user ever!

Yes, my actions and the actions of units under my control is my sole responsibility and I will take the punishment for anything wrong that either of us do.

Yes as long as I live I will remain loyal to the Universal Union. Many units have given their lives for the sake of the union and I will gladly do it as well if I must.

6. Why do you want to join the Combine Civil Authority?
I would love to serve our Benefactors to the best of my ability as a member of the group NOVA. As an ex doctor, I can help units both with tasks as a CCA and in the operating room.
