Write a detailed in-canon back-story how your character obtained these authorizations.
Rose was born in England, 2008 and her Mother, Father and Sister were all fully Swedish and she was half Swedish half English. Rose’s family wasn't the best, her Father never working and somewhat abusive, and her mother was the complete opposite. Leaving Rebecca and Rose in the house by their own. Rose went to school and went to class… She had 100% attendance and had very good behaviour but was sometimes tired because of long nights without sleep because of her father hitting her and swearing at her. She had 3 friends: Lucy, Susan and Daniel (They were her best friends anyway) and they would help each other through tough times… Like if Rose’s father took the abusing way too far and beat her up not just hit her once. Rebecca would try to stop their dad from doing that but that would end up in them both being beaten then locked in a room for the rest of the day. Rose would try her best to never cry because she felt embarrassed when she did but sometimes she just couldn’t help herself. She would cry in front of her friends sometimes but she would mostly cry in front of Rebecca because Rebecca comforted her when she was upset.
The combine soldiers’ teleported in front of the houses and people ran like crazy, scared of them and confused to where they came from. Rebecca told Rose to leave school and meet at Dustin’s house because of the things going on but Rose refused until she heard explosions then she left school, and ran to Dustin’s house. When she got there Rebecca and Rose made a little plan but it was quickly foiled when Rose saw a man being shot in the head and she ran away, Frightened of the gunshots and blood. She ran into the forest and realised she left Rebecca behind but by the time she realised that she was long gone… Out in the forest.
For 2 years she had been surviving on the dependence of adults giving her a lot of protection, food and water. They travelled for a long time, Not knowing where to go exactly until they heard on a radio about Inue pass which apparently was safe and had a community there. The group headed towards Inue and stayed there until the group left Rose in Inue. For a year she stayed in Inue but she only stayed in a small house and lived with an adult who took care of her.

Perks
Being a child
Because she is smaller than everyone else she can fit through small gaps and underneath peoples legs.

Defects
Has to depend on an adult to keep her fed, hydrated and protected.
Some adults may be rapists/murderers.
Cannot run as fast as adults so if there is a rapist/murderer she cannot run away really.
She would be weaker than adults as she is only a child and was abused when she was 6.

What do you plan to do with these perks/defects?
I plan to make some good Rp and Rp with Rebecca Green (Her sister).

In this there would be storms with  harsh winds and a lot of rain, Soaking you instantly when you get outside also MAYBE A portal storm?
I'm not realy sure about that but there could be one. Maybe a hurricane once and a while, Injuring/killing a lot of people or maybe some kind of weather that would add some injury.. Maybe lightning strikes and shit.This is for outlands

When she was born (2006) She was always with her dad. Her dad used to show her how to make things like jumpers and things, Also how to use the enviroment to make camoflauged clothing. She grew up in a school in Wales (Country in the UK) and she was friends with a boy called Kristian. Her and Kristian used to make up silly games like Mercy and Touch, But she also had another friend but they didnt talk after they fell out in 2013. Kristian was her only friend left and they played together all the time, Playing things like hide and seek a lot (This is how she has a good skill with hiding), She used her envioroment for camoflauge, and a sneaky advantage to get away from the seeker. In 2015 she was inside the the house on a nice sunday morning she woke up and got up from her bed, Chearfuly and ran downstairs for her breakfast.
"Good morning everyone!" she said to her father, mother and little brother her mother replyed "Bore da Sarah."
She rolled her eyes at the welsh "Mam.. I don't want to learn welsh!" She replyed "But your welsh and you live in wales so you will learn it if you like it or not." Sarah replyed "Maaam!" Her mum replyed "Don't try to argue. You will do as you're told." Sarah rolled her eyes and began to eat her weatabix.

then suddenly there was an explotion outside and everyone was startled, Looking out of the window "What was that!?" Sarah said as bombs and headcrab canisters were launched onto the streets. luckily there was a large forest just behind her house and the all the family escaped apart from the father, Dying from headcrabs leaping all over him. They ran into the forest suddenly meeting Kristian and his dad. Sarah said "Kristian! your still alive?!" he nodded and said "We need to get outa here NOW!" both familys ran together, deeper into the forest. They started to get picked off..One by one First Sarah's brother, he was gunned down by a gunship. Second was Kristians dad, He was shot by a crazy man in the forest, Leaving only 3. Then Sarah's mum tripped and fell from a cliff. 4 Sarah and Kristian were being chased by a lone soldier, Krisitan split from sarah and found himself at a dead end. Sarah could hear in the distance a sudden scream "HELP! SARAH PLEASE HELP ME!! HE-" Then a sudden burst of gunfire interupted his sentance, With a scream Sarah knew he was dead.

After mourning over his family and friends death a car rolled in through the trees, Headed towards her... It was a car full of refugees one of them said "Ok.. Your safe now. Get in" Sarah hopped into the back,
Happy that she was safe as they drove off, Picking a few refugees on the way she noticed a young boy Slightly older than she was getting into the back and going to sleep. She decided to get to sleep aswell as she knew she would have to walk somewhere and she needed the energy to do so. A loud voice bellowed "I am stopping here!" Sarah woke up suddenly, Looking around. Everyone mumbled as the car came to a stop, before the driver got out and opened the back doors "Everyone out please"he looked straight at the boy not saying a word as he stepped out.The Sarah got out.I heard that there was a place just west of here!" Someone yelled out. Everyone looked at him and one woman replied "How do you know that?" He got something out of his backpack and wiggled it "Handheld radio, anyone with half a brain would stock up on this stuff before the apocalypse" Everyone looked at him, not sure what to say. "Comon!" He yelled out. Everyone followed him. Sarah took a different route though. She ran on her own and found a man who took care of her. He brought her to a bunker saying it was safe but when

she went to sleep he locked the door behind him and raised a pistol to Sarahs head and said "You will do whatever I tell you to do, Understand?" She simply nodded her head, Not knowing why he had a gun pointed. He said "Undress on that bed." Sarah was slightly confused with that and asked "Why?"
He yelled "JUST DO IT!" She got scared by the yelling and began to undress.Once she had finnished undressing he tackled her onto the sleeping bags and punched her, Dazing her so she wouldnt be able to do anything But she yelled in pain so he slapped her, Making her stop "You will NOT Yell here you slut!" She nodded her head quite dazely as he brought his penis to her face "Now suck it."
She was confused and hesitated but instantly started when he put the pistol to her forehead after a while she panted, also scared then he moved down and began to do horrible things... Undescribable things And then she began to bang on the door, Yelling for help but no-one could hear her. The man beat her and continued to rape as she screamed every minute. Then after 3 hours the man grew tired and stoped he said "And now thats your life. You will do that everyday from now on." She had a horrified look on her face and just started to cry. The next day she woke up and she was still naked and he helped her up with a whip in his hands he said "You will clean the house with this sponge and if you start to slack off you will be whiped, Understood?" She nodded her head in fear and took the sponge, Cleaning the bunker for a few hours. She grew tired after the second hour had pasted and he whiped her multiple times, Causing her to scream He was disatified by the screaming so whiped her more, Making her stop and continue. If you were outside the bunker every half an hour you would hear screams and a little girl saying help but no-one was outside un fortunatly. She finnaly finnished and was brought to the bedroom and was raped the second night. A few refugees found the bunker and heard the yelps and screams so they entered with their guns raised. "Who is there?!" The man yelled. the rapist took a shotgun to stop them finding out the secret but as soon as he left the room he was shot to death and the refugees stormed inside the room, finding the naked girl with whip marks all over her back, Also naked. They brought her to health later on in the day and took care of her, Bringing her to beles inn. They said they would take care of her.. They did and they said "My name is Daniel Parker" Then another said "I'm Susan." The other just said "I shouldnt tell my name to a little slut..." Daniel shoved him with his elbow "Knock it off man! Shes only a kid!" He just grunted and walked off "Sorry 'bout that.. He'll go get you some clean clothes and clean you all up alright?"
Sarah nodded and went with them.

They gave her some over-sized clothes and Daniel said "Sorry, these are a bit big for you.. They don't make childrens clothes anymore." She nodded and put them on. Daniel called for Susan and the other man, Saying it was time to go to Inue
She was confused and said "Inue?" They replyed "It's safe there. Don't worry." She nodded her head again and said "Ok.." They walked for a few miles, Trying to avoid the OTA sweeps.

 They finnaly got to the town of beles Daniel suddenly said while panting "Here we are." she wondered into the inn with Daniel and Susan by her side. they said "Need anything? Water..Food?" She replyed "I'm thirsty and hungry.."
Daniel nodded and handed some noodles and some bottled water. Sarah said "Thanks" and ate it, Trying not to look like a pig and eat it realy fast, making a mess. After that they had a walk down the hill and suddenly they saw 2 OTA Soldiers on the hill with them but they havnt noticed them yet Daniel whispered "I will cause a distraction.. You two get away, fast as possible alright?" they both nodded and Daniel ran into the open, Getting the OTA's attention. They shot him down rather quick then noticed Sarah and Susan running. They shot Susans legs and se yelled "GO SARAH!!! LEAVE ME!!" So Sarah did what she was told, Trying to survive and started to run through the river, Towards the JURY bunker then trying to find a sneaky way back to Beles. It was tricky and Sarah had to hide a couple of times and once for even a day, Living on plants she KNEW it was safe to eat. She started to run out of food, Desperatly trying to survive she ran outside and just sprinted towards Beles.

When she got there she realised it had been atacked because they were looking for her and two of the survivors came out of hiding and noticed her and he whipserd to the other survivor "She got almost everyone killed.. She needs to punished!" He nodded and said "Come here little girl! We have food and water.. Anything you want!" She came closer and they grabed her, Tieing her up and puting her in a bag with some breathing holes in it. She screamed, Strugling and they eventualy just gaged her, Bringing her to a bunker. When they got to the bunker they injected her with some anesthetic (One of them was a past docter, Still having a few medical surplies). She woke up tied to a char and the men had sticks and there fists clenched and one said "Ready for punishment?" Sarah was extremely scared and said "P-Punishment?!" He punched her and the began to beat her a lot, With large sticks, Logs, there fists, rocks, anything they could find that would cause pain. They punched her everywhere: Face, Stomach, Vagina and back. They laughed as they did it and eventualy came to the point where they striped her bare. They didn't do anything to her when she was naked they just took pictures, Embarrasing her. one put the gun to her head while the other heald the camera and forced her to make it look like she was liking it and do sexual poses. They edited the pictures after and put arrows that said "Slut!" "Whore!" "Little bitch!" And things like that. After the beating and she was naked they dressed her in just some panties and completely soaked her and tied her again, stuffed her in the bag (With breathing holes obviously) and rolled her down the hill and labled the bag "Free stripper!" she was gaged so couldnt realy do much but whine and moan.

After 2 days without food or water a woman came by, noticing the bag and wondered what was inside. When she came near the bag she heard the moans and whines for help and quickly opened the bag, Finding the little soaked girl (Still soaked because of rain) in just panties. She brought her to the bunker and dressed her, Warmed her up and gave her food and water. She asked "What happened to you?" Sarah replyed "T-Two men... T-They beat me and stipped me naked.. Taking pictures of me and puting a gun to my head making me do poses and make me look like I was enjoying it..." She said "Why?" Sarah replyed "Because t-they said I caused a lot of people to die and I needed punishment..." The woman suddenly lost emotion and slapped sarah "You little whore! You deserve to stay in that bag forever!" The woman walked off and sarah started to cry slightly, Thinking everybody hated her and she noticed that the woman left her surplies
Sarah grinned and took as much as possible, Food, water, clothes, Sleeping bags, Matches..Everything. She lived the rest of her life trying to stay low.
